OYO Hotel Cyber Inn - Hotel in Gurugram - Gurugram, India

Towel and soap is not available in washroom and there is an issue with the washroom flush as well and many more i want to tight but i have no time so sorry but the experience was worst not bad worst

Staff Misbehaved, dirty rooms, dirty bed sheets, zero infra. We checked in late, still rooms were not available, despite advance request. Please dont book this property, its unsafe. They challenge to complain to customer care. Oyo has no service quality, its really bad, and this property is even worst... Its not worth zero rating.

I have checked in for 1 night in this hotel which have type with Oyo ... There was no clean rooms even fan also was not in running condition i have cheaked in in the morning 7am around and suddenly at 10am care taker of hotel told me that you need to check out after some time / / / Why i have to checked out if I paid for 24 hours Very rood behaviour of care takers they don't know how to treat and welcome a guest / / That was a dirty experience with this useless hotel

This is the worst worst worst hotel i have ever experienced.....please don't go with the 0hotos....it's not at all 1 percent as shown in pictures....i called them they told they don't accept any online booking through Oyo ...and charged me extra...they don't have lift and its on second floor no one for service also.....rooms are not at all clean...bathrooms please don't ask only.....no gyser no soaps and cleaners nothing....please please avoid this hotel. I think Oyo should take some action this hotels are just listing their self to get walk-in and nothing else.....Oyo don't have any standards now.

I will start with oyo first the service is absolutely pathetic they have no idea what is happening under the name of oyo I booked The hotel online with the application but the manager ask me 500 extra for I don't know why though I already paid He was absolutely rude he had no way to talk and he said I don't care about Oyo i am going to charge extra or else you can leave So basically at 10:30 night I was travelling with my girlfriend it was absolutely unsafe and that's how oyo treats their customer Would suggest you some another application except Oyo because Oyo has been become just worst

Bad and poor. I was told I couldnt stay because I was foreign. I booked 6 hours before arriving at the property and nobody let me know in advance about that issue. It was 00.00 in the night and the staff was not helpfull, actually they were rude, unpolite and bad manners. They didn't help me to find another hotel.

Excellent property, very beautiful, maintained very well. Wall paintings awesome. Rooms size quite big..and bath rooms very hug like a normal room size. Rememberable experience. Staff is very helpful with smiley faces...and food awesome espacily dal makkani and chicken curry.....would love to come again and again

They are not working with OYO right now but still using OYO Holdings which I have seen everywhere here. But they don't accept OYO booking so people don't waste your time booking this hotel. Very bad management of this hotel.
