Service was very bad and the owner was very rude.
The room was not properly sanitizer, there were pizza box with pizza and cans in the cupboard. There were dirt spots on bedsheet. And the bathroom was in poor condition.
In this COVID period it is mandatory to properly provide clean rooms but when we complained the owner, she started shouting.
Overall it was very bad experience.
Pathetic services even while checking myself out from there, the lady at the reception took my phone and rated on oyo.
The first experience with oyo is so bad, washroom flush was not working even the cleaning was a blunder
One of the worst hotels of Oyo in Noida . They take your phone in order to save the wifi password and give reviews to themselves. Check out the guest from the system even when guest is in the room.
The rooms are so dirty that even a beggar would not like to stay. No wifi , no TV, and the bathroom feels like a home to mosquitos .
Worst experience ever. Pathetic service and no hygiene / safety measures. No room cleaning. Room was smelling fishy. No washroom amenities and bed was very stiff and uncomfortable. The manager was manupulating me for not to book through make my trip and asking for extra payment. Total disappointment.
Property and rooms condition is avarage but if your booking amount is lower than 800Rs then, they'll not treat you in good way and also they can give you an excuse like they don't have any rooms and all rooms has been occupied.
Fraud hotel , I went there they refused my booking n said we can not accept booking from oyo if u want a room u have to pay extra money and also have to delete Oyo booking ,he forcefully canceled my booking from Oyo and said if Oyo assistant calls u , just say there are some changes in my plan.
I called Oyo about my booking even they don't receive my call, Oyo are irresponsive and those fraud hotel owners they both doesn't care about their consumers.

This hotel everytime when i stay, forced to not book hotel from oyo . Only book direct from when i visit.Staff behaviour was very bad.
In his staff one men ask with me that AC was turned off or not. It sounds very bad in front of my partner. And also only fan work not cooling .
Hotel staff and owner are too rude they don't even talk to us in manner nere ever going to visit that place again.
if you want some quality time i suggest everyone not to there rooms ar to small and ac are not working want to give minus ratings
