It's a nightmare. This is nothing that they show in pictures. The hotel is located on the highway and the building is dirty. The room walls were filled with mould and fungus. It smells like smoke. There were bidi's lying around. Do not book this.
C grade rooms and washrooms. Staff was arrogant and not cooperative. No drinking water provided. Washrooms was also degraded. And there is no mirror in room as well as in washrooms. No complimentary breakfast provided. When mineral water provided that was also charged. So this hotel is the worst hotel I had ever seen in my whole life. I am very upset on seeing that Oyo has tie-up with such hotels also.
Don't Judge a book by it's cover! Goes perfect with this palace. My honest Review: Located Just few hundred meters from Chandigarh. This is an awesome place to stay. Always ask for 'Mahesh' he could be your game changer! Otherwise also staff is really good& polite. Food is delicious.Try all chicken items if you are Chicken fan. They have ultra large rooms on 2nd floor which can accommodate more than 6 people. Which makes these rooms a perfect party place. Once again! Mahesh is you go to guy. Ask for him & you will never regret.

Very nice hotel to stay , Economically very high standard ,well maintained ,staff very disciplined and welcoming,located at Zirakpur ,centre of the Tricity viz chandigarh ,Mohali and Panchkula . Centrally located ,go to Shimla ,Interior Punjab,visit Chandigarh. Chandigarh Airport very nearby. Overall experience at the hotel was excellent
The don't provide any utensils if you ask them ,the service is poor the man on the front talk rudely when you ask them for solving the problem of water in washroom ,the room sizes are very small and there are not any evacuation facility in case of fire in hotel. Overall my experience in hotel is very bad. Totally disappointed from them.
Worst rooms and washrooms. Floor was full of dust. Washrooms was also degraded, I found some one undergarment inside washroom this clears that rooms are not cleaned and inspected after check out. Worst experience. does not even deserve 1 star.
Really bad experience. Service is very very poor.... Small room.. And too hot to live.... Too much of house flies in the room.
