"Where do I even begin with this hotel? My stay was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. The staff seemed to have taken a course in rudeness, as their behavior was consistently disrespectful and unhelpful. Room service was practically non-existent, leaving me wondering if they even cared about their guests' comfort. But the cherry on top was the management's behavior - I've never encountered a more intimidating and threatening group of individuals in a hospitality setting. It's truly disheartening that a place that's meant to offer solace turned out to be a hub of discomfort and fear. My advice? Stay far away from this establishment if you value your peace of mind."
This is worst hotel first they try to loot us for more money then there room service is worst they didn't clean our room for 3 days till check out even we requested to them to clean our room. Our worst decision is that we pay them money in advance . Don't stay in such hotel .
This is one the best hotels to stay in this area (Karol bagh or Jhendawalen). Service is good, rooms are very clean, food is available to our door step. Bathrooms are good and near metro connectivity and road connectivity is there. The main thing is it is very budget friendly.
IT was not as shown on website, it was bad, a very huge pillar in middle of small bathroom, room service also not good, i do not recommend this to anyone with families
The badest experience i ever recieved the service was not good they block the lift so we have to walk upto5 floor.
The hotel management is very rude they even not considered my id valid because it clicked from my phone camera and they told me next time don't book our hotel from OYO app then we will be comfortable to do fevour for you. And i got a room which is so dirty and nasty.
The holet manager told me never to book via OYO, as many hotels simply don't accept OYO guests. The room was also not as per shown. The manager charged Rs 700 extra. And it took more than an hour to ready the room.
This hotel has the most insincere staff. The hotel manager talks rudely. He denied check in if anyone has paid online. They even don't listen to online customer support persons.
