Rooms are cheap but the rooms are not clean
Hotel rooms were not very spacious very small room. And cigarettes smell was coming too much. We booked via oyo and after going there they denied saying that 3 people can share room only if all are same gender. I don't know why but everywhere in kerela this rule was there. But anyhow we didn't like the room so we did not check in.
Overall, the experience was ok here. The room was not that good. I found hair and dirt in bed and the washroom wasn't cleaned very well. Everything else was ok; the room maintainability is poor. Food is not available in the hotel, but there's a nearby restaurant to order from.
The front office staff for night shift has a very poor attitude. No queries can be raised and he doesnt look onto customer face or is he not interested to be working there ? Linen were not so good and the room were small in size. Never again in this hotel again. Oyo its high time for you to check on the hotel staff behaviour as no customers are staying free at any accomodation booked via oyo. Really a very bad experience.
Don't book rooms there. They are cheating people in the name of Oyo and reverse. When calling them,they blame oyo and when complaining to oyo they blame the hotel management. When calling to the hotel and discuss complaint they treat very pathetically. We couldn't stay and we took another room near by. Don't book room there and get cheated.
Old hotel Decently maintained Value for money Linens are ok Bathroom is not updated as per standards. Common areas like varanda is very narrow. Even door position is very bad in the room i got. Attached a picture of congested room and toilet is attached. Booking process was bit delayed still got a good deal through oyo rooms.
Nice experience , well cleaned room and bigger bathroom full time we got Hotwater , AC was new bt they had set temperature manually 18 degree. Friendly staffs. And food service was bad.they take more time than Zomato deliveries. Bt all other facilities was good. I ll give 4 out of 5.
The room was clean. That's the most you should expect here. The bathroom was stinking for some reason. If you're just looking for a cheap place to crash for a night then this is a decent option. The only reason for me to choose this was it's vicinity to the venue of my friend's wedding.
