DON'T GO THERE. I REPEAT - DON'T. This place is worthless even for single bachelors to spend a night. No TV Dirty Linens Smelly Rooms All door handles broken AC controlled from Reception Multiple requests to get a single thing done Basically, if you want 4 walls and a roof with fan, opt for it. It is not even worth half the money they take from you.
This hotel is not associated with OYO Total waste of money, AC and Geyser working but after payment AC will not work and Geyser too will give Excuse of loadshedding. Bed cover are not wash or change regularly. Not suitable for Decent family, people are openly drinking and you will feel in the air. Very rude behaviour of the staff if you complain about anything. I request the authority to check the licence etc spoiling the name of OYO and the image of the are locality and New Delhi also. I request the New Delhi municipal corporation to check nd CANCEL the licence immediately of the such hotel. 7th July 2023
Worst place to stay so many cockroaches in the room dirty bed everything so dirty and charges are touching the sky 40 rupee cold drink bottle is for 70 and such third class fod handful of rice costs you 180 rupees never choose this hotel to stay
Literally looted.... Oyo also part of scams in delhi... 550Rs in oyo and 900+Rs have to pay in reality... Don't take oyo and go there... You'll get looted by these people... Literally no other way ... That's why had to chose this place... Tired of traveling too... Scammers of the century...
Worst hotel i ever visited. First they denied booking from OYO. Place was full of peole drinking and smoking with doors open And the rooms very dirty. They were smelling very bad. Blankets and bedsheets was full of mud. We did not stay there and they refused to return the money.

absolutely pathetic service. had to call reception 9 times for towel but they never bothered to give me one. the hotel said AC is not included in my booking but Oyo app clearly mentioned the ac in booking. also had to call 6 times for a water bottle. reception just doesn't care about the guests. everything in the washroom was broken from door handle to shower knob. the room reeked of dead bodies. pathetic experience overall. never using Oyo app again
