OYO Hotel Blue Sapphire Residency Near Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport - Hotel in Mumbai - Mumbai Suburban, India

This is a very bad hotel. I stayed there for 1 and half days. The washing closet is leaking. Bathroom has no lock and doors where damaged and there is a big hole in the door. Lot of mosquitos and cockroach. Even TV is not working, AC is not working... They are charging 600 rupees extra from me without any reason.

Worst place to stay for am hour. I was offered a discount from oyo but at the hotel they told me it's not the discount and you have to pay the amount. Rooms were not cleaned at all and toilet sprays and flushes won't work. I was told to pay extra 600 for an extra special room but it had the same condition. As i had already paid from oyo ant it was 11 pm i didn't have any option. Please do not prefer this hotel. They brought dinner but there were no proper plates to eat. No soaps or handwash in the toilet. No hot water.

Booked a room well in advance, arrived at the day of reservation to find out they're all booked out except for one room. They showed me a dilapidated room with cigarette ash spread all over the mattress and said this is it. Refused to even change the covers. Staff told me they'd give me another sheet to lay over the ashes to cover it up, but not change the sheets. Due to unavailability of other rooms, I would have accepted these unreasonable terms. But then I was told that the AC wouldn't work either. Their reasoning was that it was a Saturday and therefore they're all booked out. If you're looking for a cheap stay near the airport, there are plenty of other options, please don't pick this one.

Guys pls be aware don't choose this hotel, all the rooms in the hotel are dirty, bad smell, no ac working, insects are roaming in the beds while sleeping and one more interesting thing we lost our money in hotel than we ask the supervisor for CC Tv coverage he said cc tvs are not working they are just framed for show . We shocked and came back by shutting down. Totally very poor don't go anyone

Worst service the room was not clean .....and even the manager has taken the phone told that we need to check out from our system Kindly just open the booking page and thereafter without our intimation he has given the 5 star reviews and comments.... totally fake person no rooms are too worst waste of money
