Although I would rather thanks Blue Ocean Hotel team for Giving me a free companion of a small mouse who kept on running between my legs but never went out . TV was amazing,as I watched black screen throughout my time there. And how could you expect for a soap or a towel? However we should carry one with us.Its not their fault. And a broom stick for removing dirt that has been for ages and a washing machine to clean your bedsheets.That it ! Otherwise the hotel is good and the staff too.
The room location was super shady. The toilets were dirty as hell. The room was stinking. I had to check out within 10 mins of checkin. 0 customer support provided by OYO. The location was super shady.
The worst place till date. 1st of all the room is so small and there are cockroaches everywhere... Mice's too under the bed. Overall place is not at all same as shown in the pictures... A BIG NOOOOOO to this place I need a refund
Unfortunately I booked the hotel and paid before checking the rooms. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL EVEN IF IT IS FREE. Rooms are dirty, smelly, bed and pillow covers are not changed for years. Washroom flush doesn't work. And they said rooms have no keys. This is the height of mismanagement. OYO just sends a sorry message but do not take any actions by removing these kinds of hotels from the list.
If u like to sleep in a room with rats roaming around and sharing ur food then it's the right place for u. I don't think I need to say anything more.
Don't go with the picture on Oyo they do not have the same facilities. No TV geyser or other amenities but the staff were good and supportive. They acknowledged that the rooms were not upto the mark but what can they do
I booked online for this hotel on their authentic app. Payment was made in advance 4 days prior before my travel. At the time of check in they denied that all the rooms are being taken. 3rd class service
Barely better than being homeless. Small, cramped and unhygienic. Only book if you are very Broke and your standards are low.
