OYO Hotel Blue Lotus - Hotel in Pushkar - Ajmer, India

The staff here are very professional. Clean rooms and good view from the balcony . The place is very close to Pushkar market which makes it easy to commute too. Their food is definitely delicious and service is excellent! Ravid is the guy you need to reach out to for anything you need ! Above all they gave us complementary coffee while we were waiting for it to stop raining during checkout !!!!!! Thanks Ravid and the entire team for everything!

This property is really comfortable to stay. The staff here is very helpful and supportive. It has a beautiful view if the mountains at the rooftop. The rooftop restaurant serves really delicious food too. A cherry on the top of the cake is the beautiful wall arts that they have all around the property. The only drawback that i felt while staying here was about the cleanliness in my room. There was no daily cleaning of the room and the bedsheet was really dirty which i had to get changed. Other than that the staff was really hospitable and caring. The owner left me till the bus stand in his own vehicle and that was really sweet of him. I stayed there for 4 days and i believe the price i laid was worth it. The washrooms were clean and had every facility. The best thing about the staff was they welcomed you with a smile every day and were always keen to help. One issue that one could face would be that the property is a little far away from the main market so one would have to walk but I had no problem with it so, overall it was a pleasant stay and i would surely recommend it others.

You can stay here only. They will provide Remaining services from nearby place such as food, drinks. Travel with your own vehilce here , I have not seen autos neary by hotel..you will get autos near by mandir.

staff behavior Very bad i booked a room through oyo booking & payment paid in advance when i reach hotel he says they are asking more money extra...they are saying if we pay then only they allow in room or else not and not providing proper response to customer such a pathetic hotel... strong suggests not to book. And not good response from hotel manager...staff are not well known about Oyo app and services.... also Not good response from """OYO"""

staff behavior Very bad i booked a room through oyo booking & payment paid in advance when i reach hotel he says no room available when i say raat ko 2 bje family ke saath ab kha jau they are asking more money nearly 3.5k extra they are saying if we pay then only they allow in room or else not and not providing proper response to customer such a pathetic hotel strong suggests not to book. And jitne bhi 3,4,5 star reviews hai sab fake hai sayad hotel walo ne hi dalwaye ho.

Hotel has no such power backup. Power cut problem in Pushkar. Only one fan is running. No mobile charging port . Food quality is average. Food price is high. Room is ok. Location is good.

The room is very net and clean. And tha view of balcony is very awsome. Best service. Perfect place for stay.

Had very bad experience at this Hotel, we have booked the hotel a week before thru booking.com and when we visited for check-in the owner was like will not give the room for 900rs ., U need to pay 5000rs per day and they were very rude.. and this hotel is almost 2Kms alway from main market and there is no transport available .. who so every is planning to book thing twice before booking... I suggest not to book this place
