The most worst stay ever, rooms are dirty full of cockroaches..scamming people at midnight.. We had to choose this hotel just because we had our whole family with us. We were charged with extra amounts.. And after paying we did not get any proper response.. No toiletries neither towel was provided to us even though we asked for it multiple times. No parking facilities, the people working here are also not responding to us.. A hotel with no facilities.. Truely dissatisfied.
Receptionist's attitude was very bad. Even if you see some offers from oyo he will charge extra. When I booked my room from oyo app. I got it for 657 per day. I have booked for 5 days. I have paid half amount online through oyo app. He charged me 900 per day. I got little late for check out. He again charged me extra one day charge. Total it was 2999 showing in the oyo app. But i paid 5400. It was a bad experience for me there.
Very bad quality of service. Dirty bedsheets and bathroom. Flush was not working. Rooms had bad odour. No power since midnight, even the backup generator was not working.
The hotel is at walkable distance from Jayadeva hospital, booked through Oyo. Did not face any issue with check-in building is a bit old and not maintained well. The washroom was dirty and looked like no room service. We chose this place mainly because of location , you can consider this hotel only if you are looking for a stay very close to Jayadeva hospital (Just 0.3 kms )
Very awful experience would not recommend anyone to stay there, very poorly maintained unhygienic rooms, staffs were very rude and they are not bothered of customers complaint

The room they showed was having bad smell and not cleaned. For good room they charged extra 50 percent. Even though I paid it, they didn't provide all facilities that are available in the oyo. We felt bad but as it was urgent we stayed for few hours.
Very worst room and staff behaviour, Oyo also paid room and extra amount also paid.
