OYO Hotel Blue Bay Near R City Mall - Hotel in Mumbai - Mumbai Suburban, India

This hotel has the worst service and since it is Oyo they will always find charge more than their online rate. They will not give you any service or anything. Better to find any other hotel if you can

I had a horrible experience in my life on last 7th... Read below points before consideration this hotel: 1. When I reached in the evening to check in, the boy sitting there asked more 400 rs in cash saying that we do not give room at the price you paid to oyo.. I approached Oyo they talked to that boy but he was stubborn and didn't agree so Oyo raised their hand.. Now I had no option to pay more and stay for that night!! But this was just a begining.... 2. They told they will provide a bill against the total money I paid but after asking multiple times they just passed the bucks saying will provide in 2 hours.. Next day morning another boy sitting at same place said due to system concerns we can only provide a bill after 11 am!! You keep my mobile no I will send it.. But after multiple calls and whatsApp messages the bill was never shared and I am at loss as I was on official travel. 3. TV was just for show off, all wires were disconnected. 4. Room was not cleaned which is not a case with other oyos. 5. I noticed during mu stay for a night, about 20 couples came for enjoying there for 400 rs per 2 hours. As they were earning more from these couple, they were reluctant to give room to the normal visitors like us and less bothered for our inconvenience. 6.No breakfast was served as promised on Oyo. 7.No soap, no towel was offered.. 8. While taking a room, the person told I will update you in the morning when hot water will be available, in the morning a new boy told we do not offer any hot water at 8 am, please don't disturb me let me sleep!! I recommend never ever eve got this or any other blue ocean, hotel they all are of same management and all same.. It's not for normal people.. You understand now the issue.. Oyo needs the same understanding now..

Worst room & 3 rd class service after paying this much for the room.

The location is very shady and I would definitely rethink on my options if I had to visit here. The washroom is clean but the ceiling is damaged and as open ends. Staff is super quick and very helpful. You can order food from outside using swiggy or zomato. I would call this hotel a guys only hostel.

Nice hotel, at a budged price. They allow un married couples to stay (don't know why others don't allow, hotels have no business telling us whome to stay with). However the locality isn't that great. May not feel safe at night for a single female (I am not saying it isn't safe, it's just that the area around this hotel won't feel perfectly safe even though it may be). Staff was nice. For laundry they take more than a day, I wish that could be sped up. The nice thing is that it is near Powai, a place I often go to, but hotels there are costly. This one is about 3 km from Powai, and quite cheap. If you aren't an un married couple I would suggest fab hotels in Oxford chambers in the same budget. There rooms are better, and food is also good.

Visit here only if you don't have any other option. Very small, compact, short height suffocating rooms and bathrooms. Unique staffs are there. They even don't bother to get the luggage loaded in my car. NO PARKING . Exclusively for singles/bachelors who just have to spend night . They don't have their oeo restaurant but yes the arrange. Complete No.

The hotel doesn't not exist. The neighboring hotel with is their franchise is taking the booking. The hotel service is not so good. They don't provide towels and toiletries. The oyo doesn't know about and they even charge heavily. The hotel is not recommended for family. We have to order food and water from the hotel itself not from outside that's a restriction too.

Hotel location is a bit tough to find and also the neighborhood is not that cool but the hotel is very good. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The cleanness was on the point. However the rooms were a bit small. Other than that i enjoyed my stay
