Everything is good for tourism.
But there is no arrangement for the driver to stay here. No, drivers come due to fear of sleeping and are tired but it is necessary for them to have a place to sleep for this hotel Drivers are tired which leads to accidents due to sleep. These people should think about this.
Located in a busy central area of Ranchi city. Facilities are basic. Limited food options. Service can be improved specially restaurant services. Staff need professional grooming.

In JTDC Birsa Vihar, rooms are good. But their service is pathetic. Foods are costly yet taste is horrible. They don't know how to make even chicken pokora! Many items in menu are not available. So my suggestion is you can stay there but don't dare to order food unless you want to eat tasteless, horrible food.
The food menu had a lot of variety, but only seasonal. Had to be told when ordering.
In the suit room, the fridge wasn't working and no hot water in the bathroom.
The tourist property is quite cosy and offers good value for money. The food offered is delicious and healthy. The house keeping cleans rooms and maintains good hygiene.
The location was a bit crowded but the rooms were great for the price especially the deluxe suite. The service was not that fast but that's common for every government owned hotel. A great place to stay in Ranchi.
