Location is best and food is good. Some of the rooms are good but others are too small and congested, other than that service is good and staff's behaviour is nice too.

I must say this was one of the best hotel i ever stayed in my life. Walking distance from Kolkata Airport which is a plus point to save your travel cost or catch early morning flight. This hotel interior and facilities are very nice. Staff are very polite and fast. Rooms are well decorated and washroom is very hygienic. Everything is so perfect. I stayed there 2 nights. And i will always stay there on my next Kolkata trip

No proper room service. No menu card. They buy outside food and give the customers. And no food from outside is allowed to be brought inside by the customers. The bed keeps shaking when ever a bus or lorry crosses the road. They charged unnecessarily for spilling tea on the bedsheet. Worst hotel stay ever. Highly not recommended even for a one day stay

The behavior of the staff is very bad and don't know how to talk to guest. Moreover there is no food menu and charges according to their wish. A wastage of money and advice others not to stay there.

Expansive as per its condition. Rooms are very small and not well maintained. Think twice before going for that much of cost as anyone can get a very good hotel by giving Rs 1700/- for 1 night for single room and if you are booking through OYO then the manager will tell you that you will not get that room by giving less money which is less than Rs 1700/- and they will force you to pay that amount or may be more than that 1700 bucks also. So don't be fool and choose any better hotel.

Stayed at the hotel for 2 days. The place is in a narrow lane. The rooms are small and do not have any windows. The ac works well. The restaurant is at 4th floor and there is no lift. The food is OK. The staff is well behaved.
