OYO Hotel Baba Sai - Hotel in Shirdi - Ahmednagar, India

This is the worst pyo room i ever seen so far. The bedsheets and blankets are utterly durty . Looks like never washed them in their lifetime. There are no chairs in the waiting room. The lift is there only for namesake. We had to carry all our luggage ourselves along with 2 small kids and three 70+ age old family members. 3 of them in reception never shown a gesture of helping to carry the luggage. Never ever book this hotel again. OYO this is very shameful

We have booked the room online before 1 week of check in date and it is confirmed. Whenever we arrived at hotel for check in , they are reluctant to give us the rooms. They are not ready to allocate the room at the price which we have booked,but they haven't informed us about this in prior.This is really really bad. The person talked very rudely. Lift is not working. We have to climb 2 stairs along with luggage, they didn't even allocate rooms in 1st floor for senior citizens. No room service. It is far away from temple and no transportation available.

I had booked a room via Oyo app. When we visited the hotel we were denied to get access to room. The manager/owner asked extra money. I followed up with Oyo customer support and customer support advised to make the payment as demanded and get a bill to claim later. The manager/ owner was too rude from the time we started talking to him. He also denied to give the bill for the money I was about to pay. My wife was sitting on the staircase outside the hotel (even after I had a confirmed booking via Oyo) but he didn't even offer seat at their reception too. He created a huge mess and we waited for more than half an hour, straight after after the journey, tired and exhausted already. Ideally whatever issue you have with Oyo you need to solve it internally. You cannot show the anger to customers. These guys don't know what is customer service and dont deserve to be in hotel business as well. Check their ratings in Oyo, Agoda, Booking, MMT and yatra. The rating below 2 stars says it all. The ratings also has pictures of how unhygienic rooms are. The manager/ owner deserves tight slap and nothing less. If you trust my feedback above, don't even think of booking such unhygienic hotel with quarrelsome manager/ owner.

Pathetic Hotel. AC not working. Toilet is worst and the staff simply refuses to address any of your queries. In the name of Room Service, you only get water. No restaurant service available. The only positive point is it is around 700m from Shri Sai Baba Temple. All in all "A COMPLETE WASTE"

Stayed there on 16th Jun22, bathroom door was unable to close. No flush in western toilet. Decide how are they maintaining, having a brand name as Oyo doesn't bring quantity in rooms. Leave thoughts to you to decide whether to stay there.

I booked hotel in Oyo app and I did online payment.I went to check in the hotel, but denied for the entry and hotel manager behaviour is rude.This hotel manager and Oyo agent doing fraud thing in holy place and they get punished by the god.They show less price in Oyo app and target the below average income people.Don't make all cheap tricks to make money in the spiritual place. Please.... Don't book this hotel.Try choose another hotel there are many.Don't give reply that saying we apologize we are not responsible for Oyo fault with your intervention they don't show your hotel.These people get punished soon...There are more reviews against hotel manager rude behaviour.please i request you to don't book this hotel and same this type hotels in Oyo.

I paid extra they denied checkin and said we will cancel ur check in in Oyo and I paid them money. But this frauds didn't cancelled in Oyo. MD and all other staff are frauds in that holy place.

Booking from oyo cost you 1000 and same offline from hotel cost u 600. Secondly, room was poor and dirty. Shower, ac, tv not working. Owner is egoistic and saying u can cancel booking if u want. He accepted that they dont pay attention to guests booking online.
