During an emergency stay at kartarpur with my family I landed in this hotel...nd this hotel turns out as more than one can expect in the small town like kartarpur...very neatly maintained... adequate staff and very responsive... every request of ours was paid heed to nd was taken care of...good investment had been done on the property, rooms were very well done but still economical... hospitality nd courtesy was at par...food in their restaurant was quite good... service was above expectations...tried the north indian over there in dinner and everything tasted quite good but chapatis that has more of maida(maidaa) than wheat flour...else it was a pleasant stay...this hotel got some standards...

Rooms are great. Food is nice but overpriced. Avoid regular eating as the food is heavy and expensive. For fine dining experience, its great. Most items in menu will be availavle and served in no time. Staff service is exellent too.

Actually no STAR but a big zero Booked this hotel for one night 4 days in advance which was confirmed by the hotel. When came to check-in on the above mentioned dates,hotel person on the reception bluntly denied for booked room and was very adamant to resolve this. Don't ever go to this hotel even by mistake.
