OYO Hotel Azad - Hotel in Srinagar, Jammu - Srinagar, India

It was a very bad experience during my visit in AUG22.. we went in group of 8 for 4 rooms with 2 days booking. Reaching at the hotel found its full of white dust due to an ongoing paint job. It's an old property with make up. The toilet says all the history. Though we have 2 days of booking left in one day... Service is also not good...

Staff has no manners to speak with the customers as we have already done the payment they started behaving in very much worst manner that they have not received the money they will not allow us to leave the hotel he wasted are 1 hour in the morning 6 oclock while checking out if he had not received the payment why woulf he allow us to stay for 3 days in the hotel please don't wish to stay in this hotel they are mannnerless staff

Saboor bhat is very natured person room are clean well maintained the hotel is very close to market hotel is perfect in all aspects staff

Very bad, we have a group of person arrivve with advance booking, yet they receive advance but not conform in same hotel... Very bad service, throughout nite current not available, nocharing mobile, even Kashmir is very bad experience, every where cheating, even, sikara also comisson with hotel and car driver, so for 300 you have to give 1000/1500/700 this type so beware before going Kashmir

Please issue me a refund asap.when I went there they told that there is no room.we called your customer service but the response for this matter from your side was very poor.Unfortunately we were not able to stay in hotel in which we paid and we had to walk and find another hotel and paid a certain amount for that too.please respond to this asap

Booked via Goibibo and place was decent. The best thing is their kitchen you can eat whatever you wanna eat and he will arrange it for you. The service boys were well behaved and were fast. Sometimes TV won't work and phone is also a little tricky. "A good budget stay" to conclude..

Staying at 2ndApril to 8th april. Well accommodation. Gr. Floor have 2 nos good Family rooms. 1st Floor & 2nd floor rooms are good but 3rd floor rooms not good . friends ..please confirm the Specified rooms before confirmation. They are not maintain their commitment when you reached. Foods are not good.Owner & Staffs are so friendly.
