Staff suppFirst International to be removed from its name. 1. Cooler in the name of AC. 2. Lift has 2 night zero bulbs which can go off any time. 3. Have one liquid soup for hair and body. 4.Towells like paper very hard and old. For all this they charge 1450/24 hours. Dissgusting experience.orted well and good hospitality
They are cheaters. Highly not recommend this hotel. We stayed for two day and they charged 1000/- per day and in the name of service - No Hot water for bath, TV was in the room but only for show pc, No WIFI and water bottle everytime we have to purchase. If we talk about bathroom that was totally pathetic if you tried to flush, flush came out, jet spray not working, washbasin was destroyed. No New soap for bath not even Rs. 1/- shampoo they provide. Totally waste. No matter how many times you ask or complaint no one came and if somehow someone came then no solution. We asked both two days for tv channel not recharged so they said abhi nhi ho payega. We said pls provide wifi so that we can watch through our fire stick - they said internet not working so in short - don't waste your money
It was the worst hotel experience of my life the were no facilites inside the room like no hot water no working of charging outlets the staff was very rude and had no manners, basically this hotel didnt no how to welcome a guest this was the worst hotel i have seen in gujrat that's why I'll give this hotel 0.5 stars there was not an option for giving point 5 stars in Google's review section that's why I have given it 1 star the price were too hight for the room that they given for this price i could get a cleaner and better hotel i would recommend that you should not go to this hotel you can get a better hotel for the same price or cheaper don't visit this property .
If there would have been any nagative marking stars this world have been the highest. The worst hotel i have ever been to waste of money . U will only regret going there . There is no hot water no Charing outlets , dirty unwashed bedsheets . Stains on the bed. Staff has no manners how to talk to guest . most imp we were two females staying there out of no where @ 7.30 in the morning staff coming to our room straight away and asking about our stay extension and all .. this is pathetic and cheap place to stay . I advice stay anywhere except this place Guys
google not allow to give negative rating because I want to give negative 5 stars. This place is like hell.dirty walls, dirty smell all-around , cockroaches in bathroom, broken water taps, no Wi-Fi, staff is rude,also they charge more money than other hotels nearby. I stayed for two nights there those two nights were worst nights of my life. sarch for any other hotel , don't go in this hotel.
Worst hotel staff are miss behave to everyone
I don't think that I got my money is worth here, the stay was very expensive the cleanliness also was not up to the par. Add to that each and every thing that you do in this hotel will cost you for example asking for simple water will cause 100 bucks. As well as the TV is not working the Wi-Fi is not reachable the Wi-Fi specially available only in the Reception area. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The main reason why this hotel is in business because it is on the highway. Please do not get full beard and look for similar hotels but better services you can go to Lords Plaza in same price
Poorest hotel of India..... Very poor service, no manners how to welcome your customers.. no etiquettes.... Oyo must remove from the Oyo list..... Very stinky .... You can't imagine where you reached..... In this condition rate is very high ... This kind of hotel can charge Rs.300-500/night I couldn't stayed there 5minutes..... Manager/owner is very cunning.... Note:Don't book online this hotel Ashoka International....(word international must be removed from it's name)
