I stayed at this hotel for 2 days with my friends and it was GARBAGE I tell you. It was not only dirty but also unhygienic. The room very evidently had not been cleaned and there were stains on the bed covers. They didn't even bother cleaning the tables when we went up for dinner and the food was absolutely disgusting. Room service is practically non existent at this point. If I could give this place a 0 I would. Very bad experience. 0/10 do not recommend. Will surely be telling all my friends and relatives about this place and posting on social media.

Very pathetic experience in this hotel. Not at all suitable for families and ladies. Single entrance to the bar and the hotel, not at all secure. Very poor security services and hygiene issues. Even after mentioning to do room service to be done, they haven't even entered the room, not at all value for money and not recommended. Their only focus is to promote bar and not providing hospitality to hotel clients.

Absolutely horrible place. Don't even book this place even if its your last choice. Avoid.

Horrible service ever got from an executive bar. Most of the beer or alcohol they don't have as mentioned on menu. Everytime the waiter has to get the drinks/food/bill from ground floor as none available in executive lounge. Above all the price is way too high.

I had bitter experience with the Hotel during my stay there for two nights this week. The front office had not kept the promises such as provision of tea as well as complimentary breakfast. There was no room service at all. The front office had retained with them my Driving License given as ID proof even after check out from the Hotel, because of which I had to travel back more than 30 km to get it back. Think twice before check in to this Hotel.

poor service at executive bar. while ordering one price while billing increased price. no normal water served. useless staff. even 5star hotels they serve normal distilled water. but here every facility is available at local bar.

Hotel is good, location good, staff is good, breakfast....just only thing we as only ladies Traveller didn't like is we have to pass hotel bar to go into hotel. It was odd and not mentioned anywhere. They provided breakfast everyday on time I asked but most important days of our competition there was breakfast on time! Still over all it's good stay.
