Overall this hotel makes you happy with your pockets. It is budgeted with all good amenities. Hotel looks like some old building but rooms are fine and neat. They have good enough space. Restaurant is good and had a tasty menu. Satisfied with their service.

A decent place to stay. Value for money as the rooms are good in size and property is kept clean at all times. The washroom faucet has a bit of leakage for the room that I occupy, but I guess that's pretty common these days. Food is pretty average, however, the room service is good. The staff is very polite and courteous, be it the receptionist, bell boy or even the guard at night duty. Location is also good as this property is on the main M.G. Road above KFC. Overall a great experience.

One of the best budget friendly hotels at paradise area. Affordable and complementary breakfast,free WiFi are the added benefits. Also u can bring your friend to your room after taking permission from the owner and they are very supportive and staff behaviour is also very good.

Nice budget hotel near to Secundrabad station. Bathrooms are spacious. Friendly staff. Complimentary soap. Small LED TV. AC and water heater worked well. Towels and Bed sheets are not good but if you carry your own towel and bed sheets you can comfortably stay at this place.

This is an honest review! Hotel rooms are very ill maintained. Bedsheets, blankets, cuision had many stains all over it. There is no tissue paper in the washroom. TV doesn't work. AC is for show purpose. There is lot of garbage outside the window. Zero ventilation inside the hotel and thus feel suffocating within a span of 30 minutes in the room. When asked for service, the staff is damn careless about it for sure. Negative vibes in the rooms. Very bad experience and hence checked out within 12 hours of check in. 100% waste of money. Still if u want to stay, then it's ur wish afterall that matters.

The rooms at Ankitha Residency are quite good for their price. They provide a bed spacious bathroom LCD TV AC. Overall a pretty good hotel service was also decent. No restaurant available though that's the only con of this hotel but it's just near KFC so that shouldn't be a problem!

First of all it was listed on oyo, stating that they will accept local ids as well. Still they denied our check-in on a prepaid booking. When I tried to claim refund, the executive cross checked the reason for denial of check in with the manager of the hotel. And shockingly, the manager told them that we were 2 men and one woman, so we were denied check in, but we were three guys, and also it doesn't matter because it was a couple friendly hotel.. But giving the wrong reason is highly unacceptable and that guy isn't capable of managing such property. Its such a shame we have negative customer service and it is normalised too.. Oyo should reconsider their partnership with such hotels. Such worst behaviour should not be tolerated and I request you all to reconsider before booking a room in this property.

Worst experience ever. They don't know anything about servicing customers. Stinking toilets. Dirty beds. Rude staff. No geyser and switches working. I doubt why it is called oyo. And it is too couple friendly that I saw every new couple in 2-3 hours. Not recommended for family at all.
