Clean room with comfortable bed. But the rooms are small and without much ventilation. The balcony is not cleaned at all. The food is healthy and the taste depends on the caretaker present at that time.

Don't go by the photos, it looks like cleaning was done when the building was constructed. Food is average, if you are really hungry then you can order room service( that is available only till 10) else go to nearby places and have some good food. There are number of malls nearby (around 2 km ). If you have luggage or not it's not at a walking distance from metro but Auto(ola) might take around Rs. 50 /-

Well, initially I had booked this property for a period of 2days and later extended it to 5days via MakeMyTrip. The receptionist had requested to make payment at the hotel. On the 6th day, the manager comes up and orders (doesn't request) to make the payment via cash/card and not online, because they do not accept online payments apparently! A very simple question to you is, if you don't accept online payments, then why be on various sites? Just withdraw maybe? He went upto the limit of asking me to pack my bags and check out if I don't like the idea! I've experienced this first time in my life. Great work! Not giving drinking water on a regular basis, not cleaning the room regularly despite giving the key while going out, cutting off the power supply in my room, not replacing the telecom in the room despite complaining thrice are other problems that prevail in this hotel. Doesn't matter if you address me as Madam later on, your behaviour with your customers, and the services you provide speak volumes about you! Thanks. Very disappointed about extremely unprofessional and rude behaviour of staffs.

Most pathetic and disgusting place to stay. The property itself is average, seems okay at the first sight. But if one chooses to stay here for a couple of days, the reality comes out. The rooms are filthy and not well maintained. The water runs out and you might be asked to get water in buckets. The bathrooms get clogged with water when you take shower. And, if at all, you request the management to improve these issues, they ask you to check out and find some other property. That's the height of disgust you'll have to experience.

I had a great time in Gurgaon and the biggest reason was my stay in this hotel. They are welcoming . The location is good. The room is clean and comfortable. The food is really good too. And they care about their guests.

Although due to poor customer service and degrading quality standards i start avoiding OYO whenever possible but this time i had to book again due to no alternatives. Guess what i found tgis property with quality standards at par and clean and hygiene rooms. I hope i can book this property at some other platform also and keep up the quality services team.

One of the best B&B / guest house I have been to. Staff is very supportive. Mr Kuldeep- manager always serves you with a smile and food is also pretty decent. All in all a good experience.

Had pleasant stay here and enjoyed amazing hospitality by the staff. Found it the best hotel in Gurgaon. Beds were so comfortable and food was delicious. I will always recommend this hotel to everyone.
