OYO Hotel Alfa Grand Near Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport - Hotel in Mumbai - Mumbai Suburban, India

Worst hotel. Stinking hallway with beer bottles. Uncleaned room. Semi water clogged bathrooms. Room was not swept well and there were cigar butts under bed cot. AC remote was working and they haven't had one working remote. So we need to install an app by ourselves. Also the towels were having blood stains. If you are coming with your girlfriend/boyfriend just to 'enjoy' for a few minutes this may sound a good place. Hefty priced as well. Don't go this place.

Initially the price per night was 1300 on oyo, I booked the classic room for two days and the checkout price provided by Oyo was 2600. I had booked the same prior to the checkin and this receptionist guy of Oyo Alfa Grand charged me 2000 per night! Strange! The Hotel is as fraudulent as the app itself. Talking about the service, You literally need to yell at the service providers to get essential services.

Title: Extremely Disappointing - Be Cautious of This Shady Hotel! Review: My recent experience at this hotel was a complete nightmare, making it the worst place I've ever encountered. I initially booked this hotel through the Oyo app, which confirmed my reservation. However, despite my efforts to contact the hotel for confirmation via phone, nobody bothered to answer. Despite this warning sign, I decided to trust the Oyo brand and went ahead with my visit the next day. What I encountered was absolutely disgusting. Upon arriving, the reception area was in a terrible state: three people, barely dressed and clearly drunk, were engaged in inappropriate conversation. I showed them my booking confirmation, only to be asked for an extra 1000 rupees. I explained that I had already paid the full amount through the app. To my surprise, they tampered with the app, suddenly demanding an additional 1000 rupees. Despite my willingness to pay the extra amount through the app, they insisted on cash only. Feeling trapped, I tried to reach out to Oyo customer support. After a lot of back-and-forth, the intoxicated staff reluctantly agreed to give me a room. However, they were rude and drunk while collecting my address proofs. The room they provided was in a terrible condition, infested with rats and cockroaches. I immediately refused to stay there and within an hour, I moved to a different hotel because I couldn't bear their mistreatment any longer. It's important to mention that I witnessed some shady and potentially illegal activities during check-in, which I won't describe in detail here. For your own safety, I strongly advise against booking this hotel. Despite its attractive appearance in the app, the reality is far from pleasant. Don't be tempted by the lower prices displayed. I have attached some pictures I took after entering the room, clearly showing the dreadful conditions. It's evident that this hotel manipulates the Oyo app to deceive customers and lure them to their property. I urge Oyo to take immediate action by removing this untrustworthy hotel from their app. The well-being and satisfaction of their customers should be their top priority.

Worst experience, very rude staff. Please take necessary actions against these hotel. Don't book from oyoo

Very small rooms, no fan , no tv in some rooms and even not hygiene manage very vad experience

Very bad service.Full of rats and electric equipments were fully out of order and they charged a very huge amount than that was booked in oyo app. I lost too much money by booking through oyo app and after getting there they told me that my booking id was not showing and i have to take another fresh booking. Overall very very poor housekeeping and service.

Firstly I don't know who's is the main person doing scam in this the Oyo one or this hotel owner. So i booked this hotel on 3&4th March and mentioned the Oyo exicutive tht i will be check in after 12 or 1am so is tht ok is that check in is possible he said ye I done the confirmation and payment too. The hotel was booked and next day on night i went to hotel so the staff members said your checkout is all ready done and i shocked even I checked in Oyo app too there mentioned checkout. When I didn't check in then how the checkout is happened since there was a family member with me so by default I have to booked new room with higher price. And when I talk with Oyo staff he said sir Humara yaha se nhi hua hai even the hotel members also denied then Oyo staff said that we will refund the money since it's 1 week the money still not refunded yet and even I called to Oyo customer care they didn't helped with my issue i don't who had done scam with me Oyo or hotel members. The room is not cleaned the lock was not proper the washroom was not proper don't book and don't go here.

One of the poorly managed hotel and hotel staff behaves like gawaar/ illiterate. At first they didn't accept the OYO booking because of offer price and they i cancelled the Oyo booking and booked directly from hotel counter at high price and found room was in bad condition/ dirty/ not cleaned at all. Next day i shifted to different room which was good. Oyo should remove this property from their application. Don't fall into this trap/ hotel booking.
