Pls don't book this hotel via online. If the online price is less, they will deny you by giving stupid reasons. If they don't want online booking they should stop thier registration in online portals. Just cos of thier stupidity we faced lot of troubles. Pls do not go for this hotel
Never Book this hotel via OYO/Agoda or any other online platform. When I had booked the hotel online and visited the hotel ,they deny us and demanded more money. And, they won't respond you properly. we as girls faced lot of problem when they didn't allow us even after full payment. Please never book this hotel via online.
This hotel not even 1 star rating...so many cockroaches in the room ... no water available for drink..bathroom fittings r not working..u need to chk room properly b4 booking...since we need this book only for nyt halt we book this room as it's near to Satara highway..also online booking not allowed for this hotel even though same is available online...so ur money will get waste if u book online...from the ppl around the hotel it look lyk this hotel only use for 2-3 hours couple booking...

It was pathetic expirence.Hotel Managment is worst.we did confirm our booking by calling at hotel at 5 the guy at other end said confirm that time. When we reach around hotel at 12 night,they denied saying hotel is full.you should have come earlier and all those pathetic reasons. The guy on reception was heavily drunk and was talking in very rude manner. After that when we show our booking details then he gave arrange our room in another which was something like 3 km from this. They just allocate your booked room to any random people came before you , rude behaviour with customers, and then attitude of management is like the other end is at fault and all this drama was going till 1.30 in night. We want our money return,if we have to adjust with other hotel we could have done that earlier and not with this pathetic hotel. If there is negative rating then i will give negative ,dont deserve 0 rating as well. And again i repeat i want refund...
