The food was very expensive , combined with the fact it came 2 hours late , was hoping an apology if not some discount , turns out it was our fault at ordering after 10 , there is no hospitality in the hospitality sector in balongi , avoid at all costs .

Room are very neat and clean. All facility as tv ac geysor etc are functional. Staff is very polite and have a good manner .food is fresh and have taste .

* they Posted all fake ratings * Location is inside Village * Parking facility is not good enough * Third class facilities * Non cooperative staff * Non working AC * No complimentary Water (charging Rs. 40 for local water bottle) * Breakfast included but cook was not available, so toast and tea served * Geyser wasn't working Worst experience, till date, and when I raise the issue with Goibibo, they aren't responding after complaint. Pls avoid this hotel.
