Location is good. Rooms are good. The only thing that I don't like was they didn't pick up the phone when i call them before reaching the hotel. After reaching the hotel as usual they asked for extra money although i got a message that room was booked. So i was asked 1500 rs per day and then made a deal for 1100 for 3 nights. Worst thing was manager attitude towards customer, with heavy luggage i cannot go to other place easily so i had to bear that bad attitude. So if you are ready to pay extra money and bear bad attitude then go for this place. If they had picked up the call and made the same deal i will happily pay that price. Also don't use oyo since their customer care is useless. Any rewards from oyo is useless since you will be charged extra when you will reach your booked hotel. Some hotels do not respect oyo and do not go with the booked price so keep this in mind because this has happened with me 2 times. I will use other apps than oyo.

Good due to location near Fateh Sagar Lake. But staff and provided facilities are not upto the mark. I have booked from Agoda where showing free breakfast and wifi but the property owner (known locally as 'Vakil Saab') has charged for the breakfast and not provided wifi also. Moreover, in dinner there are no Butter available. I can't recommend anyone. Suggestion: there are more accomodation options available near the lake go for that.

Not a Oyo, it's a simple act of foolishness, when you visit the place you will definately come across the real truth, it's a private ownership property where you will find the legal advocate chambers, if you are getting some online offer and you book the room at the place you will be in trouble because they will reject it and will shift your Oyo room to other hotel, totally publicity stunt. You must acknowledge the proper Oyo room in the so called Lake City Udaipur, you will be attracted only by the view and photo's uploaded on various booking app's and search engines. Hope every customer will understand it better while you are paying a single penny. Stay alert with the scam of rooms. May the place will hold a prime location but still you will never find a room booked with Oyo like feel. Way to earn money by the owners...

My stay was awesome! The management was always helpful and the staff behavior is good. The only downside is that the rooms are maintained but there are some hardware issues with them.

Room is good, however path to reach hotel is very dark, no street light on the way to hotel about approx 300 - 400 meter from main road , good if you have a vehicle . Silent place , heavy greenery near around

hotel was good, i have booked a room and pay online but when i reached there hotel manager told me that he will not provide room on tariff which was paid and i have to pay extra amount and i had paid extra amount for check in .

I am very happy with it. The customer service is excellent and the rooms are always clean. I also like that they have a pool, which is great for when I want to relax after a long day of work.

Pros: 1. It is on a good location, all the places to visit in the city are near by. 2. Peace full and isolated from people. Cons: 1. Not value for money. 2. The Hotel staff is not supportive in any ways. 3. The rooms are not clean and the washrooms are also not well maintained. 4. The rooms have insects . 5. We could not have dinner, as the cook was on leave. 6. They could not support us with towels, as they did not have it. 7. The bed was shabby, they didnt even bother to clean the room the next day. 8. The pic are not the actual picture, you will be very disappointed once you are there. 9. We have booked through MMT, but it was a OYO service, the OYO manager was not supportive at all. As per them you only get the services for what you have paid. You do not get a better services. Which we were communicated by them. 10. Neat book this hotel, even if it is your last resort. 11. There are many options in Udaipur, please choose wisely.
