Booked online but the contact number provided was not in use. We tried several times to contact the property staff to intimate about our late arrival due to the hectic and unbearable traffic jam in the Ghat road. We were unable to contact and even the property staff didn't contact us as well. So we were given a very congested room in the night and a uncleaned room in the morning for refreshments.Even the public toilets would be better than the he toilet in the room . Very worst and bad experience. They mentioned the check out time was 11:00 am but we were asked to leave soon .
Worst worst, we booked the room online and visited the place to check-in and they denied and asked for more price, after a long discussion they agreed to give the room.
And the room was not clean, it smelled badly, no soap and shampoo was given, they didn't clean the room properly, worst lighting in the room.
Overall a very bad experience
Very good cottage. Good experience. If you book OYO or direct to the owner they give good service. If you book make my trip or other apps the owner does not give a good response. We enjoyed...
If u going to book online. They will cancel ur booking then ask for more money.
Their were lots of mosquitoes and room were not proper cleaned.
Better to find other hotel, and have a nice holidays.

In bathroom insects was there and that we went two members they gave only One Towel & One Soap. and the soap they give was Medimix Soap
If you want book through app nd pay there only..bcz after booking also they will want you to pay more for the room which is not good at all

Staff here is really good. We booked room in hotel and we cancelled it due to cancellation of trip. They refunded amount in very less time. If we plan to come to Wayanad anytime we will definitely book room in this hotel.
