Worst experience! Pls don't fall for the customer ratings. As I entered into the room, was really shocked to see the room quality. The whole bed was bent in the middle with hairs on the bed sheet. There were mosquitoes and the room doesn't even had basic facilities. The service providers were very casual and didn't even care about the room conditions. There were no hangers for clothes in the room. They didn't even provide towels and fresh blankets. They charged me extra for early check-in. But, at-least expected a proper service. They don't even deserve 1 star.

This property has 2 types of room deluxe and standard , deluxe is very nice and they do not offer that room usually and the other one is normal standard room which they offer everyone... Deluxe has wooden furniture and standard has steel furniture, deluxe room is designed gracefully and is very cossy and enjoyable on the other hand standard is standard nothing to speak. Air conditioner present in both the rooms and lift is not in working conditions.

>>I booked the room but when I arrived at the hotel, his phone app cannot checking. His app was showing full paid but the customer care number was saying that no payment made. had my stay in this wonderful hotel. the first impression of mine seeing this hotel was good as the staff gave a great response. adding to it, the rooms were also good and big. the attractive part about the room was their dressing area. also the hotel staff guided us about the nearby places which helped us to explore. overall, it was a good stay, comination of both good staff and good rooms.

Decent hotel with fantastic ambience and facilities. Also the staff here was great and very much professional. Rooms and reception looked great with awesome interiors and furniture all over the hotel. Also they have flexible check in and check out time there. We had a great stay here, looking forward to have another one.

the service here has just been fantastic..a beautiful room was given post a quick check-in. rooms are budget friendly are clean. proper hygiene is maintained by the hotel. staff members are friendly and soft spoken. thoroughly enjoyed my time over here.

The location was good and the room was good and spacious except that there were no hangers in the washroom and there wasn't any chair for keeping stuffs. Overall the cleanliness of washroom and room was good. The hotel staff was also cooperative.
