Its a new building with all good facilities like high speed wifi internet, TV with DTH, hot water, purified water etc.I stayed here for 10 days. I would suggest the receptionist to be there always near to the receptionist desk - During check-in and check-out i had to find them. Also food wastes in the corridor were lying there for more than 2 days with ants and insects. Staffs are good.The place is around 2kms away from Kakkanad main town. There is no in-hotel restuarant. For restaurants you have to travel around 2kms, but online food delivery services like Zomato, Uber eats and Swiggy delivers here. Also Uber and Ola provides services to this location.
Good place. But situated a bit interior of the area. Not easily found. But the rooms were well maintained and clean. Overall had a satisfactory stay. Should work on advertising.
The staff were very approachable and helpful. The suite was very good with comfortable furniture and the bed was comfortable too. We would definitely stay here again.
