OYO Home 9722 Candolim Beach 1BHK - Hotel in Goa, Candolim - North Goa, India

I stayed in sun and sand apartments for 5 days with my family in Building E Flat 204. It was a horrible experience! The flat was full of cockroaches, dust, cob-webs and spiders. The washrooms were unclean and not even flushed! The house was never cleaned before and even when we were staying there. We were not provided any house-keeping services for complete 5 days! When we tried to contact the respective person, he rudely denied to provide the service. Main, the AC's weren't cleaned at all I don't know from how long, because of which we all got sick and our entire trip was ruined! I wouldn't suggest anyone to stay in this flat if you really want to enjoy your trip. A few other flats are definitely better, which we came to know from our friends, but be aware of this flat.

Amazing experience in this apartment. Very good stay. Very beautifully built and well maintained. Bit away from beach though. It takes about 15 to 20 mina of walk to beach. However, apartment has good facilities. Swimming pool, car park, lifts are available as well.

The apartments were very good. The complex is amazing and huge with swimming pools and other activity areas. During the peak season it gets a bit expensive but a bargain during the non peak season. The apartment is situated near the beach...walking time would be 5-6 mins.

Great place to stay for a holiday. Our host, Yogita Phaldesai, was very helpful and made sure that our needs for accommodation and facilities were taken care of. There is ample parking space available. The apartment is very close to the local attractions. Don't forget to visit them

The apartments are great but the lovely new swimming pool is abused !! Mainly men/male swimming without showering and not taking clothes off. For some reason these people feel it is ok to swim ,play ball fully clothed. We have witnessed people entering the pool with flip flops on just dangling their dirty feet in the pool. Clothed males entering the pool fully clothed then once out taking clothing off to hang & dry. Since we have been here for 4 weeks the pool has turned green every week due to misuse . The pool should have someone to control the use which would save money in cleaning. At night the pool area seems to become a hangout for male party's who sneak in to the pool after its closed. Having said that the apartments are kept clean & are all very nice. There can be a problem with the lifts when selfish people do no close the doors causing the lift to be stuck on the floor above. Just a few stricter rules & these apartments would be perfect. They are in a good location with a few shops if you need anything in an emergency but we used Delfinos as it is cheaper.

Located amidst greenery this society gives u the feeling if home stay with amenities that if hotel. Really good place to stay. The property care taker zaved is a wonderful guy who helps you out. Everything needed to stay is provided. One of the best stays in goa.

Excellent apartments approximity with Condolim beach well furnished n stylish apartment. Having all thing of your need whether it's long stay or short stay like fridge, Washing machine, Gas, TV, Iron, etc. Cool n calm place. Specially for Vegetarians coz you can cook of your own if desired as there are very few restaurants those are serving north Indian food.

Poor quality ... lack of coordination between Support staff and manager.. for 10 people we paid 27k and we got 2 bhk apartment which was not worth. Lack of cleanliness, security, service.. basic things of service apartment were missing.. think thrice before booking.. lot of other good options nearby this location.. highly not recommended
