The stay was very comfortable and the security at the hotel is very good. The food is just delicious. The staffs were very courteous and helpful. This property is located just closeBishwa Bangla Gate and eco park is just 2.3 kms away.
This is absolutely great place for staycation and other meets. Loved this place. They have a nice buffet system still they allow you to order food from outside. Complete privilege given to customers.

I booked my stay here for 2 days and when I reached they asked me to pay double which I had to as I had no other option. Later around 7 pm when I came back to the hotel the environment looked really shady. I ordered dinner at while delivering the guy tried to enter my room forcefully. When I came down and complained the owner sitting at the desk didnt bothered at all. If you want your and yours family safety please dont come here. Better wait in the road or railway station.
Nice place to stay. I got the room with balcony. Cleanliness is well maintained. Maintenance staffs are very polite and helpful and well behaved.
Actually went for treatment. Nice place with good communication. All kinds of vehicles one can chose to go. This hotel can easily be traced on Google Map.

Nice Hotel in Newtown to Stay !! Cozy Rooms, Great outer View, luxury feel. I stayed here for one night and enjoyed. Pictures of Kolkata theme are placed in Hotels every where which is really beautiful.
Best till date. Very cooperative staff and i would lovef to visit again. The Staff is Very polite and humble. I would recommend this to everyone.
The hotel is quiet hard to locate but the google map direction will directly take you inside the hotel.
The hotel staff behaviour and their tremendous support was unbelievable, rooms were bit cozy but the amenities were good.

Very sorry to inform that it is only for unmarried couples they will enjoy and they can pay 1000 rupees for 2 hours but if you are going with your family by booking through any other online portal they will never accept. You need to pay extra cash payment of 1000 per night and also they will accept online method to get the amount from that booking also. Very misleading guy with negative attitude (Mr.Waqar) we never expected such experience from an Hotel near Kolkata. I repeat this is only for college/office couples not for families.

Best hotel in kolkata.. Staff and service man are too good. Manager service man and staff members behavior are nice very clean room... If you want to stay then you can stay comfortably....
Nice rooms. Location is not that good as with many other hotels in new town. You have to walk for about 10-15 mins from the nearest bus stop Narkelbagan or have to take a cab. We checked in at around 7pm. One of the staff was impolite. Stared awkward
