Small place with less features of a guest house/hotel but okayish with respect to price. Cleanliness is unsatisfactory. Staffs are attentive but careless with respect to norms. Damaged and torn blankets and towels were noticed. Place and equipments not maintained properly. Affordable place in case you want to stay for few hours.

Pros : Geyser, TV and AC available in all rooms. Aquaguard on each floor for drinking water. Cons : First of all before booking this hotel keep in mind that it is a hotel associated with OYO. Also this is not a hotel but a normal building with hotel type rooms. You won't get any hospitality here. Room service always unavailable. We asked for cleaning of the room on 2nd day of our stay and got an answer that hotel staff is busy in other things. They don't have a proper reception area. They have multiple rules and regulations to follow. Check-in time is 12pm. They won't adjust early check-in with an early check-out. We wasted 2 hours in this argument with the hotel staff. If you wish early check-in say 3hours early then you'll have to pay 30% of room rent a day. When we were ready to pay early check-in amount they weren't ready to give us receipt for the same and said they'll provide it at the time of check out. But payment at check-in only. If you want the receipt at the time of payment then they won't accommodate you as said by the hotel staff. After much argument we called the customer care and got to know that check-in between 10am-12pm is complimentary which the hotel staff was not ready to share with us. Finally we got to enter our rooms at 10:15am. The lanes towards hotel are very narrow so a car or rikshaw will not take you upto the hotel and you'll have to go by walk.

The worst hotel ever i have seen. Completely unhygienic. People are very rude. Toilets are very very small in size.

I have taken saver room but it doesn't mean that hotel is not bind to provide me clean bedsheets and pillow cover. There were stain over the bed. Hotel staff has changed the bedsheets after request. Staff helped in many ways like to book cab and other. Other than saver room, you can have good experience with this hotel.

Really nice service . Hygine and cleaniness is upto the mark. Owner is well behaved and friendly. They know hindi and bengala as medium of communication. As for eating i advised you to order food from swiggy or zomato. Only issue i faced is its location only .

Location is not very clear, the oyo home from the outside is not maintained well. All rooms are not worthy of staying. But the care taker is very helpful. He changed our dirty room on request and is very cooperative.

Pros: -Nice room with geyser -RO water facility on every alternate floor. Cons: -Staff is highly policy driven. For any issues they ask to contact OYO customer care. -No OYO board on the building displaying the name. -Very difficult to locate. Since OYO customer care do not provide contact number of the property which further increases pain in locating it. - Cars cannot reach this place, located in small congested path. You have to carry your luggage by walk of arnd 300m from main GT road. - Dirty locality around the property. - Small congested room with congested reception. No waiting area. Conclusion: Only plus point is nice clean room but they are small. Location is dirty and difficult to reach. Overall will not recommended if you are new to Kolkata.

The stay was good and the hotel staff was very helpful. The rooms were clean. The only thing is as I reached early so I had to wait outside in road as the reception was also closed
