Please dont trust this stay. Not at all safe. The hotel owner will bring the local fishermens to your room and will threaten you for money. Very worst experience ever. These people have to be arrested

I stayed with my wife for 2 days. Pros: The view and the sound of the sea waves are awesome. You will feel like u are in a luxurious resort. If you come as family you will get the 2nd floor as priority. Cons: Bit scary to go at night as it is very dark. Room is full of dust due to the sea breeze. Cannot access Terrace as it is locked. Bed spread is not clean

This hotel located right infront of the beach and we can enjoy the beach view from balcony. Pls note this is a like a home stay not a hotel. This place has no restaurant but there are few restaurants available in 2kms distance. Online food delivery apps is one of the option. Know the location before travelling because this is not located in pondy city. Overall this place is cheap and best.

The worst experience ever booking this place basis on the below. 1. Connectivity to this place is pathetic. 2. Fish smell all around this place. 3. No proper parking facility. 4. Ground floor rooms doesn't have any sea view. 5. Closed terrace. 6. No food service only swiggy. Overall a terrific experience ever. I never gave such a review till now for any of the hotels or rooms that I have stayed. For this experience, I have to pay 2-3 times the cost as only 1 room was available. This was booked using OYO

Pros : This place located on the shore, totally it has 8 rooms, 6 rooms with hall and a kitchen and a bedroom with attached bath. All rooms are with RO water for drinking. Good place for family. Not suitable for hot Summer. Best place to visit during winter and moonson. Sunrise from this property is not to be missed. Restaurants are available nearby, you can order them on swiggy and uber. Also you ll get fresh fishes from the fishermen's in that area , you can cook them as well. Cons: Property is clean, but don't expect like a 3 star hotel. It's better to carry some cleaning items for your convenience. There is one care taker who takes care of everything. Property is 20 mins away from main City.

We stayed here for a day. Demerits 1. No power backup as mentioned in description. There was powercut for half a day. So we couldn't use any electrical appliances which lead to delay in our plans. 2. There are water leakages near doors and down the TV during rain. The hotel didn't even bother when we raised this issue and replied it will be like that only. 3. The property is pretty good but the maintenance is worst. The balconies wer so unclean that we asked them to clean and they replied it would be cleaned only once in a week. 4. Don't expect good food here. You can order online or better go a drive for restaurant (P. S - There is no good restaurants nearby) 5. No dustbin, TV hardly few channels were subscribed, RO is there but not working, No refrigerator as mentioned in description. 6. No room service at all. We had an extra occupant so we asked extra matress. We were charged for it and they didn't provide it till late night. And we had to go downstairs and the caretaker rudely made us to take everything by ourselves. 7. More than all this, the behaviour of caretaker is very rude. This made us so unsafe and agitated stay. Merits: Only good thing is the beach view. Don't expect anything else from this property.

Although we have booked 1bhk from OYO he asked us to pay 300 per night extra for 1 bhk. We reached around 3 pm then also room was not clean and we were asked to wait. Room balcony was very dirty. Rain water was coming in room and room was full of water. No power back up, power was out for almost 5 hours. We were not provided with any soap even after asking for it. No doormat was given. Water purifier was not working in room and common water purifier was very dirty. Very poor management.
