The room was in great shape but a bit congested,not as shown in the images, staff was super supportive and so courteous. All in all good value for money

Its located at a very inner side of dehradun at prem nagar. Drivers have recommeneded not to stay at such inner areas. I was the only one staying in the hotel. No other guests. Quite scary. Thats why they close the property gates at 10pm.

Bunch of idiots. The staff was very rude and arrogant. They will keep disturbing you for money. They claim that the property is owned by the High Central Govt official of Dehradun but don't act like the property is owned by a public servant. Starting from checkin to checkout they kept disturbing us. They have 2 properties adjacent to each other . I booked through OYO and they gave me the other property even though i booked the other one. They made us wash the towel before checkout just to make sure that the stain on towel will go away or they wanted 100 rs for dry cleaning. I won't suggest this hotel even to my worst enemy. If you are planning to visit Dehradun and this is the last property i would suggest you to make changes to your plan as all they want is money. The staff is greedy for pennies. They'll disturb you even for 10rs. Don't book room on this property. They claim to have so much facility but don't even have basic needs like wifi, clean floors, etc.

Do not provide facilities as they mention online, no wifi, tv is without any subcribed channels, AC not working properly, over smart receptionist with name Vikas. Waste too much time of the customers. They take the bookings but later when you reach at stay they ask you to wait till the room is not vacated by other.

I have worst experience with this property manager ill treatment from property manager start from check in.the property owner does not have respect to family values. Even they didn't clear dustbin bag for our whole stay Very very poor responsible proper owner and manager I don't know what kind of customer required for this property. No proper house keeping service ,Rude manager had conflict with me. Better to try another property.

Room was neat and clean. But bathroom was not upto the mark, it wasn't clean and the toilet flush was not working. Also they only provided one small soap for both of us.

The rooms are very nice at very reasonable price however staff is a bit irresponsible. They forgot to bring water to our room even after telling. But I'm quite happy with the room.

Far from the main city not convenient to go out after sun set. It felt like we are middle of no where . Room was clean mattress was comfortable bt sheets had stain on it .
