OYO Home 77814 Elegant Stay - Hotel in Dehradun, Sewla Khurd - Dehradun, India

This is good hotel and owner and serice is very flexible and very helpful nature i visited many time in this property i love to visite this place and provide very good and fast serivice and if you need any thing you can purchace from groud floor shop is just next to entrance gate .

Nothing is maintained my experience was very bad. No services working i.e shower, tap, geyser, fan etc. The location was not proper given by Google map.

Very very worst hotel. Very rude behavior never go there. Even not room cleaning

The location given here is correct. But the pictures are not correct. This is a kind of home stay. I couldn't take any photo because I reached late at night around 10. 30 at night, also checked out early morning. But the staff was good. The room was considerably small. The towel was not provided. The cupboards were not clean. The boy working there was very co-operative. And at 700 rs it was good option though to stay at night.

This oyo home doesn't have proper house keeping facility. Even they don't provide remote control of TV, WiFi and clean bathroom. They are totally into trap marketing. Once the customer is reached to their location then they start to reveal their real face. It deserve zero star but app doesn't have that option hence given single star.

It was a horrible experience... Dont ever visit with your family to this property.. They have a very unfriendly pet which may harm your children...moreover it has smelly rooms and washrooms... Very unhygienic... It was my first and the last time that i visited this property

Worst Oyo ever. There was no name board, had a lot of difficulties in finding the property at 23:30 hrs. No reception so you can not connect to someone for guidance. I tried to connect to hotel by using the 'call hotel' option in OYO app, the lady picked up the call was not at the property and was not able to guide us through. When we finally found the hotel an old man showed up and argued that why there are 3 people, however I asked him to check with OYO helpline and not to bother me as the person was not an OYO employee. The old man troubled a lot and made things worse. Booked a room for 3 people but faced a lot of issues. WORST OYO NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL

They've Given room to Few People who got drunk and fight happened between Owner father and Guest and they've hit owners father in head and he was injured and was taken to the hospital. My opinion with them was bad and do not suggest anyone to book this oyo.
