Nothing was good. Booked through online and they are demanding extra amount and Finally paid the extra amount and got the room and then it begins the room is too small and washroom with geyser not working full rusted i asked the person why geyser is not working and he told it's not working then i asked him even though you knew but you gave the room without intimation and then he told you didn't asked before..then asked to change the room but he simply refused and said no room left
Worst of the worst experiences I've ever had. Booked an AC room for 1700.But room stinks and they managed with a very worst room spray.Service was horrible.Bathrooms are not clean at all.Hot water was not available.Geyser was fixed but the hot water will not come.
I was travelling single girl for work purpose. And they denied my check in coz they wanted more money. But on site they mentioned less amount and they don't even bother to call to verify stay or anything. Nor their address is correct on MmT site. Unaware of the situation, I logged off from office n then went for check in. But unfortunately I had very bad experience with OYO 2nd time. Both times I did not check in there.
They denied my check in saying that room is not available even though my booking is confirmed with OYO. Worst place. No proper response.
Worst staff I never seen, rude behaviour by staff, demanding additional amount after booking in online, not even responding properly. Go and find better peace place to stay. Not at all recommended waste of money. Don't pay advance booking amount. They won't refund it.
We are not believed your booking. Becouse of we are booked one month before that time rate not give check in time also that hotel people told you call oyo customer care last my 4000 ruppes gone. This is my best experience.
basically it was just a waste of my hard earned money. when i booked the app said 1,300 but when i visited the property they asked me to pay 1,700. i would've been happy at least if the room was worthy of the amount i paid, but that a big no. the room was terrible, dirty, smelly. talking about the restroom it was simply yuck. geyser wasn't working, water dripping from taps, algae on the walls, etc... certain things i'm hesitant to share here. my advice don't ever consider this property if u are looking for a good and hygienic place to stay.
Charging extra, more than the amount showed in the app. The owner is add extra charges once we reach the hotel. People are forced to pay extra money from the property manager. WORST STAY EVER.... if u want money ask and take dont steal like this. It is better to beg and earn instead of stealing like this.
