1st of all they charged me extra and as I was checking late I didn't have option to switch and there was 0 corporations from hote staff. Bathroom had a heavy leakage and there was no toiletries no soap nothing.. curtains was toren and hook was also broken, they are lucky that I'm not able to post photos or else I would have shown how bad the pop was and can fall anytime. There was one functional lights and AC was also not working properly in addition there are frequent power cuts also. The room was very stinky and dusty apart from these there was no TV remote and dust was clear on table. I'm unable to post videos and photos here or else I would have uploaded a documentary of how bad stay it was and what a horrible property it is. Worst stay, I strong recommend you to sleep in some dhaba rather than staying here and getting fooled by the decent photos.

The room will not be as shown in the photo. The room was not clean, besides there were cockroaches and insects in the room. The bedsheet had oil stains and hair on it, meaning the bedsheets and pillowcases had not been changed. Moreover, the receptionist argues with you without admitting his mistake. Suddenly at night the bedsheet is crowded with insects. I had worst experience with oyo.

there is no hot water provision in washroom instead they provide a heater to put in bucket that too when you ask for it. fans, lights don't work properly. service is like they are doing favour on us by letting us stay there. but room is spacious other than that nothings good or to compliment for.

WasteLocation.Place was not at all clean, deneid checkin since it was booked wity less amount, after checking with customer care, paid extra then got refund the customer care.nwifi not working, no hot water in odd times.nNo lift.nAC was making lot much sound due to which we off the AC.nPAID FOR AC BUT NOT USED AT ALL.nNOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL, nIF YOU WANT TO ENJOY THE DAYnIF THERE IS NO OTHER PLACE THEN GO FOR THIS.

They charged me more 730Rs more than offered price on aap after reaching hotel. I had to call customer care and ask for refund and now it will take 7-14 days . Not sure if I will get my refund.

AC is not working properly. No one is attending the calls, Smelly rooms Manager behaviour is not good and polite. Manager upgraded my booking without my permission and for more money. Bathroom is not clean. Smelly beds.

firstly, 1 star because they denied our check in , this is the second time they denied because of low tariff. secondly, tv is not working and ac is not working the whole day. room is not clean as there is shoe patches on bed linen, the water is not proper in the bathroom. like they charge 1500 for a room but they didn't provide any single facilities nor basic facilities. i usually book the hotel but since from last 2 visits, they just disappoint . lastly, if your home comes under low tariff you can check the same before client reach to the hotel for checkin. don't trouble the guests for this inconveniences as this is the internal problem between oyo and the property.

I was asked for more money even after making the payment online beforehand. I was asked to pay online and if i did that i would be getting discount..whereas when i reached the hotel i was asked to pay the remaining amount too which was costlier than the price shown on the site. In short i paid extra than the price asked. Even the rooms weren't upto the mark. The bedsheets were not clean. The ac wasn't working properly.
