It was a pleasant visit there, hotel amenities were good and the staffs were very professional and helpful. The rooms are quite good , washrooms were cleaned and overall experience was good. There was only cash mode payment was accepted, No cards. Hotel is at great area, Near Bhutan House, Mall Road.

The place is ok. This is best suited for couples and singles not for a family with a baby in tow. The staff are really helpful and if u need to be anywhere the is a toto stand right in front of the building. The rooms are ok. And we would have stayed here if not for a baby with us.

Staff behaved nice. But room 103 was very bad. Not clean bed, wash room looked like some public bathrooms. Nothing matches with the photos shown in the OYO App.

It's a very old building renovated but they forgot to put new buckets and doors are not working properly, and the lift is so bad buttons doesn't work, everytime one from reception has to come to fix this.

Good budget hotel with nice ambience nd peaceful locality. The location is perfect as it has proper connectivity with Airport nd Dum dum station nd Metro Regular buses nd autos available. Market is also very close for all other needs The room was very spacious nd with good interior Good lighting nd windows with proper sunlight Staffs are good nd supportive Reception manager is very cooperative Full privacy for Couples But they don't have food service so one has to order or carry from outside nd they don't have any issue with tht..

It's ok to stay if u have work at nearby place...staff are little understanding. Anything u say it will be done. Management is not that good and cleaning is not that good.

Rooms are small,rods or hooks are unavailable for clothes to hang, placement of furnitures are not comfortable, AC remote didn't work, bathroom was small.
