Staff not accepting direct bookinh even after whole hotel is empty. Only online booking is acceptable and only cash payment no card or anynonline payment allowed. Rooms are ok not so clean no hot water tap in the other room not recommended for families.

Very worst hotel. They gave us completely different room for the first day which was very dirty and un-hygienic. No care taker was there. No cleaning service. Worst experience. Waste of money. Please don't book this hotel at all.

Don't trust the oyo reviews. They are fake. The hotel takes your phone and enters rating itself. The rooms are poor, the bathrooms are very very bad. Some don't even have door knobs. There's no space for you to even spread your arms. The staff is very discourteous. Not recommended at all.

Overpriced. Poor rooms. Rooms are not even 10% of what is shown in photos. The walls are cracky, TV doesn't have cable connection and glasses/towels are dirty. Staff is impolite. Rather not go to Abu than staying at this place.

Though the rooms are good but it is not possible for a hotel to be good if good service is not provided.....the hotel staffs are very discourteous....they take the visitors for granted....there is no hot water supply at a place where water is icey cool....TV doesn't work as well as the telephone.....very bad experience....in oyo it had a rating of 4.2...I doubt if those reviews were real...please don't book this hotel there are many good hotels nearby...I recommend to book any other hotel... moreover it states that it is near Nakki Lake but surprisingly it costs you Rs200 to go to the lake... Don't go for it you will regret later

Price of rooms in this Hotel is very costly. Original Photos of Hotel Abhishek Palace is uploaded, If you're going to book the hotel via Oyo or directly to this hotel please see the rooms photos before booking. Also the basic services is not available like drinkable water, clean bathroom. Electricity is not available all the time, AC not working on Generator, approx 40 rooms in this hotel, and Half portion of hotel rooms Electricity not available, So, it is requested to everybody please read all reviews and see the photos of hotel rooms.

Not a good hotel. Enterence is like old property, in MMT, it's looks different what exactly showing in pictures, if you want to roam outside than in this price the property is good otherwise not suitable for relaxing with couple and family

Can say average experience because these are few problems which i faced while staying there : 1. The bed sheet cover was not washed properly and there were stinks on it. 2. Hotel didn't provide Toiletries and towel and i had to ask them many times about them and then they provided me the items after around half and hour. 3. There were no hangers inside bathroom to hang clothes. 4. Washroom was not cleaned and there was stuff which i guess, were left from the one who stayed in the room before me. 5. The mirror inside washroom was broken and it was hanging from one side. 6. There was no option to lock the washroom door from inside. 7. Toilet accessories were broken and lying on floor. 8. Toilet's basin pipe was broken and waste water was leaking from under the basin. 9. There were no place to hang wet clothes (undergarments) inside the room or washroom. So these were the only issues which i faced while staying, rest was okay. So according to that l'll give it 3 stars. Thanks !! :)
