OYO Home 24665 Cozy Family Studio Near Nakki Lake - Hotel in Mount Abu - Sirohi, India

Not at all satisfied with this stay. First of all it is not a hotel. It is residence tenement, in which upper floor owner is living and in ground floor they have prepared 3-4 separate rooms which they are giving as a hotel room. If I am talking about, Location: Very hard to find via maps. Room: Was clean but size is too small and bed size given like 4x6 (small to sleep 2 people comfortably), only 1 electric charger point, not a single cloth hanger in room or bathroom. Room service: During my 2 days stay there were not done any room cleaning service. And only one small size soap provided for 2 days for 2 person. Geyser: If we need to take bath with hot water in that case need to call the owner to Switch On the geyser switch. And for this type of room and service you had charged me almost 3800 INR for 2 days and if I calculate it for a day then 1900 INR, which is totally worthless. This type of room we can get in 600-800 INR easily. I inquired opposite to Nakki lake in one of the Hotel which are having charge of 2000 INR per day with lake view. So what is the reason to give 1900 INR per day room which is far 1.7 KM from Nakki lake. Very disappointed with OYO, because how this type of rooms comes under your list and you given a licence to operate. As you have reputed name in the market so it should be some standard in room. Correct ? Even I tried to cancel the room for 2nd day and wanted to checkout early then planned. In this case owner had told me to check with OYO and as per OYO policy once we checkdin to the room minimum 2 night rate will be charged. And in my case I have booking for 2 days. So, if I did early checkout then again only my loss will be happen. In your OYO application we can not do live chat, only robot replies are available so it can not help to complaint anything and no any customer support number has given to talk directly or raise our concern. Expecting some amount as refund. Because it is overcharged and not upto the mark room service which OYO has provided me.

Excellent homestay. I booked 3 rooms with kitchen. Kitchen has all the utensils, induction. Mr. Lokesh was very polite and helpful. Excellent indoor car parking facility. So no need to worry about rain. Rooms are clean. 24 hr hot water facility.

Room was clean. Staff behaviour was nice. You may find difficulty in reaching the hotel but have patients it's not far from taxi stand and you will reach there in 10min max. Good for 2 people but for 3 it's adjustable. If any body have any other question they can post here.

A third class property. It is surprising how Oyo has given him certification. Dirty, pathetic and over priced. DON'T THINK OF STAYING HERE. Better to stay at some dharamshala.

Nice room and nice service. Location is inside the market ... but it's good becoz everything is on walking distance it is in main market of mount Abu

I advise to people don't stay in this hotel and don't book via OYO....they are cheaters

Overall fine. WiFi wasn't available and staff goes out of duty early night. Otherwise its fine. Location is an advantage.
