Experience- it was a very good experience as the commodity is very spacious and beautiful. The amenities mentioned on the website are there. The rooms are neet and clean Staff- there are very helpful and polite, they leave no stone unturned to make your stay remarkable Price- nominal price Location- 4 km away from the Mall Road, it is at down from shimla and not good to roam around at night so when you come back at night you have to hire a taxi. Rest everything is really perfect.
The stay at Sam Villa was good. The rooms and washrooms were clean and well equipped with essentials. You can order food here which is cooked by some people at their home and then they deliver it to you. These people don't provide food as we were informed by the caretaker. The location is around 4km away from Shimla. We took local bus to reach the Mall road. The buses are frequent and have cheap fares. Overall experience was good.
Don't rely on Google maps to reach to this place. I got confused while for to Google maps. The place of the name you can search is sunny home. The staff is very good. The place is at a walking distance from Himachal Pradesh bypass road. You can take a bus from ISBT bus stand to the bypass and walk to this place from there. Bus will cost you 7Rs. This place is at a walking distance from the list for the mall road. I would recommend you to take backside room which will give you great view from the big windows. This is one of the most affordable place you can find with such facilities.
Dont get deceived by pictures on oyo, smelly rooms and mattresses and blankets smelling of cigarettes. Rooms were not ready, we had to ask for toiletries and towels, else wont be given. Written that heater available on payment. But that also is not available. Caretaker while checking out will guide to give five stars forcefully..so now I understand how these properties shows good ratings on oyo app. All n all please do book at with family at all
Although rooms are good but there absolutely no room service. Some rooms have no regular supply of electricity so if you might have to change your room in the middle of your stay, don't be surprised! Too far away from the Mall, no dhabas or restaurant nearby, it's in the Middle of nowhere to be precise :/
