Worst maintenance. Whole hotel full of cigarette smoke. Never book hotels with OYO. I booked by calling OYO specifically mentioning I will checkin early morning and leave by evening. I paid Rs.800+ as asked as full amount in advance - Rs.73 discount. Did the same. When reached hotel at 5 AM I was insisted to pay Rs.500/- as early check-in despite OYO call center person confirming my preferred check-in time. Moreover the hotel in-charge took Rs.500 and said he hasn't taken money from me. I paid another Rs.500 - total Rs 1800+ I paid for such worst experience.

Pathetic is the word. I booked this hotel on Oyo, when I went there they are asking for more money saying who will give you a room for 800. Then they say "you didn't pay us, you payed Oyo, go ask Oyo". Eventually I realized, they checked in someone else on my booking. Such rude staff.

Very bad behaviour to customer . Asked double amount as I booked via MMT . So I didnt check in and they said if you don't want to pay double amount leave from hotel compund as early as possible. Don't even try to book there or enquire there. Luckily I got refund as I cancelled few hours before the scheduled time. Pathetic staffs make it as some mental asylum.

Pls stay away from this dirty place. They are frauds. I booked through makemytrip and when i reached the place, they asked me to pay double amount if i want to checkin. This is their daily routine. If anyone planning to book this room pls stay away. You will loose your money and time. Read other reviews also for proof.

These people r so pathetic that they took bookings from me and 2 other guests and told to wait till they vacate. It was almost 3 hours passed check in time. still they asked to wait not only me but others 2 also. Above that they asked us all to pay extra money above booking too. So I didn't check in there.

Poorly maintained place, was asked to pay extra stating that the charges displayed on OYO app were too low. Place is unhygienic too and accessibility is poor.

We paid for the room bfr, and when we reached they said that there was no room in the early morning. When i called oyo for refund they said that we didn't went there for room. So refund rejected.
