OYO Hare Rama Guest House Near Gurudwara Shri Bangla Sahib - Hotel in Delhi, New Delhi - Central, India

I booked one room one week before, and was a little late to check in, however payment was made in advance, but when I got there they said there is no room available, then gave me one of the worst rooms, in which water was dipping from roof on the bed, toilet was one of the worst i have ever seen, I had paid for AC room they gave me non AC, since i had no other booking and payment was done in advance, I had to take the room. I am not a paid reviewer and not doing it to defame a bussiness, but please dont take this hotel, totally not worth it

If you're going here after booking through Oyo , believe me you can get in trouble , because they are charging more . Basically it happened with me and my friend , we booked two room but got only one and they also asked for more money . They will read your situation and there will ask more money so be careful and if you are going for the room then please make sure that they are not asking for the extra money. Room : now coming to the room room is quite good and you can experience good mattress but let me clear you about the design and the building it has three floors and if you have lot of luggage and you want it to be in your room then you got a real travel man you should choose another hotel they will take your love is but the service quality is really poor Service : if you would ask them for water then just forget about the water it only depends upon the mood of the the server. They will bring you the water whenever they want so just don't hope too much . Location : location is quite good if you are staying for more than 5 days then all the need can be full filled here but located in the main market I think . Near the hotel you can find good restaurant and bar and all the requirement you can have so location wise it's quite good. Near metro station is 1 km ahead. Overall Pros : 1. location wise it's quite good. 2. Wifi connection is upto the mark 3. Cleanness is not top notch but good 4. Mattress is comfortable you can have a great sleep 5. Rooms are not so big but quite enough 6. AC condition Cons : 1. Service 2. Behaviour 3. They are bit rude and greedy too Overall If you are in hurry stay and enjoy the peace

Honest opinion - Don't go for this hotel unless you are really low on money or not finding any other place. - The room is small and damp. - The washroom is worse. If you prefer neat washroom then this is a big no for you. - The pillow were out of shape and dirty. When I asked them to change they said that they don't have extra pillow. Kindly use towel to cover it. - Room was not clean. After my arrival only they cleaned the room but just for name shake. - See their pics, they are showing only one room in those pics. I think that is the only good room they have.

Got a way too dirty room. We can't even close the door properly. Bathroom was just like a stable. We found trimmed hair all over. Rooms are not at all the way they showed in the pictures. Total disappointment. I would never visit this hotel coz of my bad experience. I would rate it on a negative scale if possible.

Rooms is absolutely opposite from how it's look like The rooms are very old with broken doors and furnitures. Hotels members are asking for to give 5 stars and hence this hotel has good ratings on apps like Oyo which I experienced isn totally false. There is no TV no mirror no any furniture. The toilets are filthy dirty and everything else. Even the lift is also not working The worst hotel I have ever been to.

Rooms are different from what are in pictures. Don't book room through OYO as when you go for check-in they reply that property sold out. Staff behaviour is rude. When you book room through hotel they agree to give you. It's Scam. Even OYO cannot arange any alternative for you. Hope you guys understand the situation when it happens to you.

one of the most horrible hotel i have ever stayed. i am so pissed off i can keep writing. the ac was just a blower. the washroom was the dirtiest i have ever witnessed. couldn't even take a shower. i have made a video and taken some pics also. and the worst part is the guy at the reception hqd the guts to take my phone and said i want to see something in the app else oyo will not credit the anount in my account and when i gave him the phone he opended the oyo app and tried giving 5 star rating to his hotel. so guys be careful. these hotel guys are touts.

3rd class room. the room which I have booked was not given to me. I booked AC room having TV and others but I was given non ac 3rd class room which was dirty. staf was very behaving badly they were asking for extra money they have given me room which might be used by the room service.i was feeling unsafe as staf was very harshly talking. they have given me room after 30 min of waiting. I will never book rooms from oyo. I dont know why it has 4 iso ratting. I hope you are going to take strick action against hotel. If my concer is not taken care then I will post this on Twitter and tag your higher management.
