Service is top notch, the hotel is kind of always under renovation, the new interior decorator was high on pot when he designed the place, as it looks complete trash compared to before. If u dont mind that u can enjoy the food and drinks there, the serving staff is what wins our hearts always

Good place if you need a nights halt especially if you are in a business trip. However downside was that maintenance work was going on . But overall great place to stay near the city

Spent one night before catching a flight. Good location for getting taxi. Nice food in the restaurant.Good service . Room and bathroom a little smaller. Being on a main road noisy. The temple in front adds to the noise. The drain in front is full of garbage

Oh yeah! This is my fav one of budget friendly with good food options, service and staff is too good, I'm a regular customer like in weekend, best thing is no sound pollution, like in other bars.. there's family restaurant in ground floor no smoking allowed so u can go with ya family and simply enjoy, Upstairs is general but it's good there's separate smoking room. Try non veg platters it simply awesome

The room itself is comfortable. Air-conditioning is optimal. Ambience is good. Washroom is clean.upholstery is also of good quality.However there is a constraint of space. Rooms are very small. Only one chair and a tiny table is provided, which makes having meals in the room inconvenient. The most problematic part is paucity of adequate and well trained staff. Though the staff are cordial and pleasant, they lack professionalism expected in a hotel. The other minus is there being no lift, taking stairs up to the third floor is exhausting. The restaurant is however top notch, though a bit priced on the higher side. Good as a restaurant, not as much as a place to stay.

A hotel with a nice restaurant right on the Siliguri highway at Champasari near Mahananda bridge going to baghdogra airport. The food was good. The upkeep and cleaniness is appreciable. Though the service time was bit high in serving lunch, rest was fine. It has a bar at the first floor and a liquor store at the ground floor. A good place to stay and dine. Also very near to the market place.

Infrastructure at this hotel wasn't huge, but the spaces they have created is commendable. The theme of the rooms are cosy and makes you feel at home. Food is excellent. The staff were very welcoming and house keeping was also done without a fuss. Facilities provided by them in a place like Siliguri is really cool...

I can only review this hotel for the rooms.. didn't have any meal here.. rooms and washrooms were clean.. clean bedsheets... Enough toiletries.. ac was working fine.. there is no room service after 11 in night.. parking space isn't great...
