This was my first stay in Delhi. Can't really comment on the advantages of the location but the hotel seems to be in a secluded place. It's around an hour away from the Airport. I travelled at 12 pm. The road leading from the hotel to the highway is in a poor condition. The room I got was neat - all the basic things were in check. The staff was very cooperative. While leaving I couldn't get a signal on my cell phone (Vodafone) so the receptionist offered to book a cab for me. All in all a pleasant experience and I'd say it's value for money. However, the only drawback of the room was that it had no windows. So no scope of natural light. I would have given a 4 star rating otherwise.
Rooms are okay. But hotel entrance is very bad. Looks like none there to take care. The hotel is not easily noticable. This place is right behind the famous hotel Kundan Palace. Take the alley. Room service is horrible. Bedding is 2 star rated foams. AC throws ice with the air. Sometime it throws the dirty things with the air. Foods are okay. Little expensive. Front desk service is really good. Wheelchair accessible.
Unprofessional Staff and illiterate/psycho owner who doesnt know the abc on the hotel industry and hospitality. Avoid if you are planning stay with family. Water drain issue, AC water outlet leakage in room, delay service, stale breakfast.
Quite place, spacious rooms, clean bathroom. AC and geyser work nicely. House keeping staff is very good. Elevator available. Supportive and friendly staff but lousy breakfast/ food service.
Worst hotel staff at counter. Booked through oyo but does not allow entry..hotel management had problem with Oyo management . but I suffered at lot .I was with my family. Worst experience of my life. I requested them as I was having confirmed booking but all in vain. Oyo should not list such hotels ...... Please think ten times before booking this hotel...
Very pathetic experience. Hotel staff are not very friendly. Food quality is below bad. Would not recommend for anyone to stay.
Totally bad experience. Reached the hotel 7 in the morning after traveling a long way and they denied checkin.. Saying they wont accept bookings that have been paid online.
