Decent hotel, good owner, and very spacious room. Some maintenance is required in the bathroom and on furnishings. Real railway station. You can see sun rise from the roof top with far mountain range as well.
This place is a total nightmare! Used the OYO app to book, but when I show up, they pull this sneaky move, demanding an extra Rs1000 like it's no big deal. Trying to reason with the manager? Forget it - the guy's like a broken record, stuck on that inflated price. Just as I'm ready to bail and find somewhere sane, he magically drops it to Rs600. Are you kidding me? Avoid this sketchy joint like the plague. It's a complete rip-off, and I've had it up to here with this nonsense.
The room provided was staff room and we rejected the same due to pathetic smell and too small sized room which was looking very unhygienic The staff was behaving as they didn't see any couple before The workmen working in kitchen came to us for showing room and there was no person at the reception Very unprofessional staff I will give negative rating if there would be an option
there is not a single room where all things are working. I had to change my room 3 times and even then there was a problem with the door lock. it is only good for people who want to stay for few hours. the caretaker Himmat has an attitude of resignation
Staff not convinced with Oyo site price and asked more amount which ain't show in aap.
We have booked 2 rooms via agoda but after reaching to the hotel the manager said that he will not give us the hotel in the rate which is showing there in agoda. Then he also said that please go from here we are not going to give you any room in our hotel now. We are still standing here from 30 mins but he is shouting. We have also called in Agoda and Police as well to help us they both are in there way to help us... I will shoot the manager's behaviour now
Pros :- is located in good place you can get easy assess to liquor shop , doon Darbar , and train station by walking . Cons :- One of the room was filled with roaches , there tv does not work , has very less walking area and mattresses are also dirty .
After making payment, when I called the hotel manager to confirm my arrival. He said, OYO gave me a discount which has not been updated in the system. So call to OYO customer care. The OYO executive paid them addition rs. 300 for three rooms and then manager was happy to receive me.
