OYO Grace Residency - Hotel in Madurai - Madurai, India

Very very bad experience Unhygienic cramped rooms. We arrived late at night and saw the caretaker sleeping on the floor in the room destined for us. The rooms were small and very dirty. There were a lot of mosquitoes. The bedsheets were dirty and so was the bathroom. The washbasin had garbage in it which we have taken photos. Very bad service too.

Worst experience ever. The care taker, Nagrajan is the most annoying front desk person I've ever came across. He only knows his local language, cant even understand basic English, he doesn't give a damn about tourist who may not understand the local language. No drinking water, no services, torn bedsheets, no towel, unhygienic bathroom. And the pool looks like a place where buffaloes take bath. We made a big mistake to book this place for our family's stay. Pathetic place

If you want a pleasant stay, please do not book this hotel. "Worst" stay which I've ever had Poor staff Poor management Poor amenities Poor customer dealing Poor Room You can add "poor" or "worst" in prefix in all the options that you may have. I am writing this with the whole regret as I was there for couple of days. Those two days went like a hell. There will be a caretaker (nagarajan) who will always cross your way unnecessarily He was extremely annoying.. Sunil is the worst manager that I have ever met. I am unsure how he became a manager, who has zero knowledge in handling customers. I strongly recommend the other customers "NOT" to book this particular hotel in Madurai. Last but not least, I wasn't able to submit this without giving a "star". Would have given zero star if that was possible.

Room was of very inferior quality for the price. The AC was not working. There was stain on the bed and bedsheets. We were not given any blankets, we had visited during winter time. There were cockroaches in the room and also we could not sleep properly at night due to mosquitoes.

Decent place to stay inside city which give feel like you're in a different area outside City. Don't get fooled by swimming pool in the picture. It will mostly be inactive. Moderate price for booking. And mostly available in weekdays. Book in advance for weekends. Nice parking spot for total of 2 cars 3 bikes but have to call watchman for opening and closing gate for parking and you cannot find him near gate all the time.

Worst hotel. I checked into the hotel with my family. They have allotted room for us. And when we were sleeping inside the room the manager called in phone and asked us to leave the room immediately and they have allotted to another person the same room. You have to note that the entire amount was already paid through online. This is happening in morning 4.30 am and the manager asked us to leave the hotel. And we had to leave hotel in that odd time with family. Never book this room you have no security to stay. Never book this hotel you have no assurance that some outsiders will get into your room

One of the worst place to stay in Madurai .Spoiling the name of Madurai.Rooms were Full of dust and swimming pool is one of the dirtiest water which I have ever seen.Please don't get cheated by photos .I dunno how OYO still has tie up with these type of properties.I won't even mention it as residency.place is full of mosquitos ,worst behavior staffs .The only place where you can feel comfortable is outside the room.For that you can go to any park .Rooms were designed in a way where it will make you hold your breath .Don't go to this room by booking on Oyo believing you have a room.The property will say they don't have a room such a cheap behavior management .filthy property with zero maintenance

Comfortable stay. Working ac and tv. Bit smaller room. But great for single person stay. Caretaker is very disturbing. Please make sure take care about it.
