Owner demanded extra money . He clearly told Oyo is nothing i am owner. It is absolutely bad that client is dealing have to deal with two persons. I will rather choose to call him a book a room if oyo have nothing to do in this. At the end his decision matter so customer should deal with him
Very bad hotel situated in Vasundhara.
There are no security and privacy for visitors. They don't have lock and key in the rooms. I booked the room by reputed online platform. When I visit here, first of all I checked the room condition, I found that Room condition is not very good but I will stay. After entering details in register, When I ask them for room key, they are saying that there is no key. So, I asked my payment back and leave the hotel.
Good experience for me. Decent room with not so bad toilets. Not a great place for very fussy people. Suits people who get ready in the morning, go out for some work and come in evening, to take rest and sleep. For the fare which I paid I cannot ask for more. A "No frills" place for "no attitude" people. I like this place. Young person in charge of the hotel was communicative and cooperative. I enjoyed my 4 days which I spent here. Location is safe. Only disadvantage is absolute lack of proper connectivity. Auto rikshaw mafia demands very high fares from outsiders.
OYO if condition is that your oyo brand destroy. Keep do best service.in last check in OYO room so dirty not clean AC not working properly. If i am paying I need better service . Can I post in social media
It's a couple hotel and every half an hour , you would find couples entering it. .rooms are okay here. .this is situated near a complete residential area and thus, location is a convenient one . Food options are available near the hotel and transportation too is available. . If you are visiting vasundhara for a short stay, this is recommended. .
They use to do fraud with the customers and if u book the room throughh oyo app if its showing 1k they will accpt ur booking if the same room u will get in offer which is 500 something they will not accpt the booking whether ur booking is confirmed the same thing happen with me he took extra charges from us and did not even given us the bill of that extra chrges the receptionist of this hotel is totally fraud we paid online for the room but he did not accpt it until he took extra charges because the room we bokked is of 500 smthng he took 200 rs more from us very bad behaviour as well and i dnt have problm regarding that extra charges but the thing is ee trust on oyo not on these kinda fraud hotels
