Pathetic experience. Despite confirmation, notification to hotel manager about arrival time, and booking amount payment, room was not allocated on arrival. Had to search for alternatives at 2:00 am at night. Had no option but spend night on footpath coz no other accommodation could be arranged. Extremely unprofessional staff and management.

One of the pathetic hotels I've been to. Receptionist and manager were taking a nap when we arrived to check-in at 9 am and were completely unresponsive, the cockroaches had a better courtesy than the manager to welcome us in the room. But had to appreciate the beautiful art work engraved in gutka and cigarette butts. 'Do you enjoy a included breakfast' well it was made next to the gutka art piece.

It looked like I was in an illegal activity place. Dirtiest washroom.....cigerette buts all over...stinking....and the rent OYO charged was Rs 1500 for a room worst than a toilet. I was later informed by the neighbors that lot of illegal tenanats come to stay there. The owner may surely know the facts but may not be OYO. I vacated the room without choice by evening as I felt realy rotten after getting into the room. Worst ever experience. I WONT RECOMMEND OYO to anyone. I deserve a full refund.

If you are bachelor, want to enjoy a drink night. Then ok. If you are taking your wife or family, absolutely worst. Every night you get some bunch of people drinking and shouting while keeping their doors open.people will stare at women while being drunk so you will have a constant feeling of distress. The cockroaches stays with you and gives you company. The rooms are small and not clean but not that much cheap. The locality is also bad. I checked out days early just to have a peaceful stay. The only star is given for the staff who are friendly. And appreciate the employment of partially disabled employees. They were helpful too. but definitely NOT "family" or "couple friendly"

I booked this OYO in Dec 2021 by seeing the photos and reviews, but those photos are very old (I think they clicked by the time of opening) and the hotel is very very dirty and the staff is not responsive. Not at all clean and hygiene. Don't prefer this hotel. Only advantage is, it is right in the main road. If you still want to book, Please visit this hotel have a look and then book. My personal experience is very bad and I don't prefer this hotel next time.

my stay here was pretty bad. will write good and bad points. good ones 1.there is bar in 1sr floor, cheap one, good for bachelors but definitely bad for family stay 2. the staff is friendly in behavior 3. the toilet was clean and geyser was working too 4. the **** bath kit was nice, all biotique products bad points 1. hotel entry was dirty, lots of beer bottles stacked near entrance 2. no room service or restaurant available. but u can order from Zomato or swiggy 3. room was full of mosquitoes, they provided coil but that didn't help 4. no cupboard for clothes, the hanger was also broken 5. bedsheets and towel was not very clean overall I won't recommend this hotel to anyone especially if you are with your family

Extremely poor facilities in the room. Lights were not working. The doors had no proper locks. The rooms were extremely small. No towels were kept in the room. Poor room service. There was no electricity for around 7 hours and the manager kept excusing the fact by saying there's some work going on.
