The worst experience ever had. They didn't open the hotel and we were laundering around 2:00AM. They started asking for extra money to let us stay and the price's you Book online differs from their actual checkin price. Safety is 0%
They are cheaters, please beware. I booked this hotel via OYO. After booking, I made a call to reception desk about my booking and that I will be coming around 9-12 am, requesting a early check-in. They said no issues 30% extra charge you will have to give. I said no problem. Next morning upon reaching they refused to even give room and started asking absurd money (1800 rs per night to hamara base price hai, yaha kya prayagraj ni milega). To be honest place seemed haunting. The people don't seem to be right. I decided immediately to rush from the place. My clear review is do charsau mat bachao aise khatiya jagah ja kar please find a better place, especially if you have a UPPSC interview or are with family.
Big NOOO for this place!!!! They are frauds.We booked a room and also did the advance payment but when we reached there they didn't even open the door first and finally when the owner came he was very rude.He asked for extra money for the stay.Worst experience ever!!!
The room was neat and comfortable - so was the toilet. Service was ok. Phone in the room was not working - however the AC was fine and effective...good woodwork in the room. Issue was this Hotel does not have kitchen so no food, no Tea, not even drinking water. For Drinking water they provide you with Mineral Bottle on payment basis Food you need to order online. Not recommended for elders as they would need to climb stairs which are not very comfortable.
Worst ever experience. They even don't have professional ethics, forget about services. Oyo prepaid booking is so called not accepted and demands heigher money during arrival. They are cheaters. Matrices and other things are too durty to use. Suggest not to visit here. Stay somewhere else.
The manager is rude, Oyo interveend to solve my problem which they did. The in house food quality taste wise and health wise is awfull(loads of oil and old food). I would not only recommend a no go but also request Oyo to remove the service slabs. They dont deserve it.
Wifi not Working and you have to wait more for your breakfast than usual. Light problem if you are a Ac freak then it might hurt you. Although the Staff member are exceptionally Good
Not satisfied ...poor bathroom condition. I stayed on 29 august 21 there was no water in bathroom tap . And care taker behavior is not good.

I found the room size little bit small in area and service is slow in the night. Overall experience was good. The good thing, it is nearby to civil lines bus stand and calm area with good parking facility and EV charging also available here for cars

Beatiful historic hotel. The staff are attentive and helpful. The food is good and plentiful. My bedroom was on the roof which was exciting and gave easy access to fantastic views across tge city to the Ganges. I enjoyed my stay here very much.
