Not a bad choice if you aren't expecting the landscape, service, facilities, car parking room services you receive in star hotel. Don't expect lifts, free breakfast, free WiFi or a minibar as mentioned in booking.com. They accept only cash. Manager of the hotel is such a kind man, which made our stay a good and peaceful. Hospitality / kind , concern & courtesy would indeed add points for a better hotel.... afterall. Worth for the money.

First of all the hotel doesn't deserve even 1 star because of the trouble caused by the receptionist. This is the worst expensive oyo room I have booked till now in terms of room and service. I have booked it for two days, i got delay for some to check-in to the hotel. My room was allotted to some other person. I was told to wait for half hour for it to get the new room, I waited patiently even if it was not my fault. Later, I was told to pay extra 300 rupees to get a room by the receptionist. When I questioned for that the receptionist was very arrogant and unrespectful. He said me to do what ever you want, but I wouldn't get a room unless you pay the extra amount. Thankfully through mmt app I contacted the OYO service and they helped me with it. It expensive in term of facilities and cleanliness of the room. The bathroom are in very bad condition. I wouldn't recommend to stay in this hotel unless you don't have any option.

The hotel was previously booked for me by my manager at the location. Its around 14 km from the Airport. Ammenities are good. It's connected via number of transport services such as shared auto, public bus services. The hotel has its own South Indian Retaurant which provides food at a very nominal rate. Staff is polite.

We experienced worst service,Booked 3 rooms online and paid 800+Rs per room for 5am to 11am & check in by 7.30am. No AC working,No TV working,No Water heater working,No Intercom working ,No lift working. No Prompt response and support on resolution. Very Worst service.. Getting irritated due to several customer care calls from OYO against complaint . Still no end result...

Just a small room. No hot water, but provided toiletries. No food, no room service. Dirty sheets, looked like blood on them. Broken flush. People were helpful but some of them didn't speak English or Hindi, so it was difficult to get the message across. The map is incorrect, you need to travel a bit ahead and you'll see the property. There are better options available around the area.

If one is traveling with family then this is not the ideal place for stay.hotel staff refused to do our checkin.bcouz ne need rs 950 nd oyo amount was 820 something. Cleanliness level is so poor.No parking facility.The photos which are shown in the website especially bathroom has no relation with the actual room.Too much noise and disturbances...

Most horrible staff. The so called manager was very rude. Small rooms. My travel agent had booked online for 2+1 but no room available to accommodate 3 people. With 2 rooms no AC no hot water. We had reached late in the night hence was not possible to hunt for other hotel. Terrible nightmare.

This hotel Lacks in hindi and English communication at help desk.Either you should learn Tamil or find translator. It was a nice stay but it lacks the basic amenities like chair and tables. Morever they don't have house keeping persons as well.
