They will cancel your booking if you dont pay extra money. I booked rooms for 900rupees online when i reached their they said rooms are not available and asked me for 200 rupess extra for each day
Don't be fooled by booking this hotel through OYO. If you do and try to check in, they will deny the check-in even if it is in the middle of the night. Worst experience ever.
I dont know who is fraud. I booked in goibibo but after reaching here they say online booking not accepted and they are blaming OYO that they dont send money to them. So i paid in cash. Called customer care they say OYO has to initiate refund. All are group frauds MF's
It is not suitable for family to stay.. service is very very bad.. not responding.. and in nights somebody is knocking the door..they didn't change the bedcover .. in balcony there is lot of beer bottles and even they didn't clean properly. We booked for 4 days but we return back within 2 days due to poor service and no secure. They didn't refund the money also.. very bad experience for us.. please don't go to the place with family with kids..
Very bad review. Lost of money.Very bad customer service.i have a bad experience from there when i booked their from oyo and i already pay the money. But when i reached the hotel they said that this is no room. And after they asked for look other place and after that they asked more money then we give more money Rs1200 for that night.

* Newly constructed
* Rooms are compact and tidy
* hospitable staff
Cons:
* car parking. one car can block another.
* no lift. it is under construction. can be a problem if you have heavy luggage.
Can be improved:
* communication among the staff. Reminded for breakfast early in the morning.They forgot about it. I had to remind again.By the time it was served, food was cold.
* can employ one guy dedicated for room service
* no table to do writing work or use laptop in the room.

I and my family spent 3D/2N (30/9) at IKON by Annapoorna and had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Even though the lifts were small but was in good working condition and very clean. The whole hotel was very clean.
